ChapOAir / Seeking the money I paid for Delta Airlines tickets

On July 31, 2007 I had downloaded my confirmation for airline tickets I brought online from CheapOAir for a roundtrip from La Guardia, NY to Atlanta, Georgia & return flights for my Godaughter MonaLisa Carlo and her daughter Mia-Mikeal Brown. I paid for the tickets with my Target VISA.

I never received any tickets in the mail, nor did I know I needed tickets. I gave my Goddaughter her confirmation for the flight which I downloaded after I paid for the flight online from CheapOAir for the Delta Airline r/t flight. My Goddaughter MonaLIsa Carlo arrived at La Guardia and showed the confirmation downloaded from the CheapOAir online site for the Delta Airline r/t flight and that it was paid. She was told by the Delta Airline people that she needed tickets. She called me from the airport & told me what was happening. I told her I never received any tickets nor was I told by CheapOAir that airline tickets were to be mailed to me.

My Goddaughter MonaLisa Carlo had to purchase at the airport another set of r/t flight tickets to Atlanta, Georgia and back to La Guardia for her & her daughter. In addition she filled out a lost ticket form, which she gave to me.

I am seeking the money that I paid for their tickets for the Delta Airline r/t flight from La Guardia to Atlanta Georgia and back to LaGuardia Departure July 31, 2007 and Return Trip August 16th 2007.
I need to recover the money I paid for the tickets online with my Target credit card, because my Godaughter had to repay for the same flight same tickets at the airport.

My partner Angelica Rovira, same address & telephone numbers were both listed on the Target VISA Card. However, we cancelled our Target VISA Card in September of 2007. Our Target Visa Card was charged several months before we cancelled our Target VISA Card.
I need an address for CheapOAir to send you a copy of the lost application form completed by my GODAUGHTER AT THE AIRPORT & THE DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING THE PURCHASE OF THE TICKETS TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE DELTA AIRLINE FLIGHT 7/31/07 & R/T 8/16/07 FROM LA GUARDIA TO ATLANTA, GEORGIA TO LAGUARDIA FOR HER & HER DAUGHTER.
In other words we paid twice for the same tickets, same flight, same day, same seats, for MonaLisa Carlo & Mia-Mikeal Brown.
