The site is designed to look like the usps site and cost information is not displayed upfront. Then comes the big surprise after you hit the confirm button, You are not provided any way to back out of the transaction. Customer service refuses a refund, only exception is for duplication.

This is out and out robbery, this company should be removed from the Internet.

Definitely a scam and information gathering probably to sell in the black market. I have done change of address transactions in the past and I really thought that I was on the official website. As soon as I hit confirm my phone gave me a message that my credit card was charged $79.95. I immediately froze my credit card and will be cancelling it too. Its infuriating. Honest and decent people will have to continue to deal with evil people like this until we persecute and execute perpetrators of these type of immoral crimes.

I was charged 1.95 to change my address and 38.00 for other fees. I doubt I will get my money back. I didn't even realize it wasn't with the usps. This is a scam. I don't even know if my debit card is safe now. I will have to cancel is and get a new one now. I'm very frustrated.
