It is request to you that I am living in House no.2881/1, sector 49 D, Chandigarh,last 4 days before sepage of roof in our kitchen is coming due to which our utensils and other food items got spoiled, we have requested the tangent to intemate this issue but there was no action has been taken by them.

Sir I have wati for one day but it has been passed 04 days this is a wastage of water as well as property We told him many times.Now in our kitchen roof has covered half of the roof due to which we can't do anything in kitchen my kids and husband has fell of so many times due to this roof sepage, Now this is our last hope that's why I am complaining this matter in front of you, we request you to come here and come to our house and please take some action as soon as possible sir

Illegal construction is going on in -
House number 3096 sector 45d, chandigarh, please take strict action. They are building illegally. We believe there is some housing board official who is taking bribe from them and supporting such criminals. No action is being taken despite several complaints.

It is request to you that I an living in House no.2599, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh, Our neighbor Mr.Vinod Kumar, resident of House no.2599/A has renovated his house few years ago since then leakage in roof of our house is coming due to which our furniture got damaged, we have requested him so many time to get check and him so many time to get check and repair the same.
Sir I had written you a letter earlier also but allottees can't hear us at all. We told him many times.our house has become more damaged the leakage material has increased more, now with folded hands, we request you to come here and come to our house and please take some action as soon as possible sir

Sir, I want you to take a strict action against the construction of illeagal 3rd floor in my nearby it has been constructed illeagaly and no strict action is taken against it till now.
I want to you to register the complaint of house no. 1183/2, #1187/2, # 1186/2 in Sector 40 B Chandigarh.[ Housing Board Houses. [EWS]
I want you to take a strict action against them as they are living illeagaly and a notice should be published to them as fast as possible.
Its a worthy request to take a strict action against them.

This is to inform you that #5198/g Modern Housing Complex Manimajra, Chandigarh has covered illegal area which is a public property under his house and harassing everyone around .He calls police during odd hours at night if somebody parks there vehicles around his house which is not part of his property actually it is a pavement. In modern complex manimajra many people park there cars on the pavements. But he tries to threatened people .Being a concerned citizen I want the housing board authorities to look into this matter at the earliest. Otherwise he is going to create more mess around.
Please help people from this rude person by abolishing his illegally covered area.

Dear Sir

I have brought to your notice before too but nothing has been done so far. I want to know why illegal constructions done which are starring on the faces are being ignored by officials of Chandigarh housing board and yet they are picking up new cases. It appears you are regarding the owners who carried out illegal construction yet you are sending me notice for covering my back courtyard and making money by taking rent from it.

I want you to produce list of all notices sent to CHB MIG houses in sector 40 and publish it on your website. Your corrupt officials are taking bribes from influential owners and not serving them notices.

ALL ilegal constructions New and Old must be served notices and dealt in same manners.

Hello Sir,

My name is Anuj Chopra and I am a NRI based in Australia. I have a housing board Flat number 3336 GF Sector 45-D in Chandigarh. This house is registered in the name of Autar Krishan Chopra my deceased father and I am the only child of his. I have a complaint for the underground sewage gutter which often gets blocked due to the carelessness/ negligence of the residents of 1st Floor and 2 nd Floor of H. No 3336. My father passed away in the year 2014 and he was regularly getting this cleaned while he was alive but now since he is no more the gutter gets blocked regularly and the 1st and 2nd floor residents do not take it serious and the dirty water starts coming out from our kitchen and toilet and even starts flowing on the public road. We tried to keep tenants to sort out this matter but the above residents do not cooperate with the tenants and rather try to create obstacles for everyone including the general public. Sir, I need your valuable help in this regard to advise the residents of 3336/1 and 3336/2 to cooperate. They have also built illegal roofs and rooms on the common garage areas which has made the ground floor look more like a tunnel and not house. Sir, can you please assign someone to help us sort this matter.

99% of the CHB independent houses in Sector 40-c have excessive illegal construction including covering whole back yards, building rooms on the 4th floor, etc. Yet official of CHB Chandigarh issue notices only to some households and ignore the others.

This bias behavior of CHB officials shows nothing less than corruption at an official level. Corrupt official of CHB taking bribes from influential owners and harass those who don't have indirect influence at CHB.

I take this opportunity to warn CHB that this bias approach will not work anymore! You need to publish list of all CHB houses in Sector 40-C and elsewhere that have been issued notices for illegal construction. This should be available under RTI for anyone to examine. Failure doing that will be that the complaint will be escalated to the center to expose your failures and deeper corruption.

Sir,
It is to request you that I am resident of house no.2126/c block 10 chandigarh housing flats sector 63 chandigarh.From Last 15 days our roof of washroom has been leaking and washroom POP got damaged.

I have requested to #2126/d so many times to get check and repair the same but the plumber told he already repair the washroom not get any fault.

Kindly send someone and look into this matter on urgent basis as we are in a real trouble it already damaged the washroom it may cause an accident with electricity.

which small flats defaulter list is uploaded in your site is incorrect. please check the details in your account & list properly and upload again. flats in mauli jagran was alloted in april- may 2015 & their monthly installment is RS. 800. it is nearst about 4 years & total installment is about Rs. 40, 000 . but in your defaulter list of1 person of mauli jagran is Rs 228400. s. no 503, house no. 198-B, avtar singh. so plz check all the person account in your system. that is not good for both.

It has been so many times that I have complained to Chandigarh housing board regarding the leakage from the Top floor but no action has been taken till now. It's so difficult for us as whenever it rains water comes down from our fans. Even current passes through switches and wall. We have made the complaint multiple times but no action has been taken. Even the doors of top floor flat are open both front and back.Keys are with housing board as the case is going on of that flat.
Please help me.

Dear sir i am Harikrishan from # 2357, mouli Jagran chandigarh With due respect this is to inform you that my neighbors are different type of people they are illiterate they dont know about Govt Terms and conditions, there are ​four householders ( H.no. 2351, 2359, 2360, 2361, ) they are constructed stairs and toilet and one room also which are illegal land and, they are​ not prove way to go my house and also they are park our vehicle in front of out home door, ​Kindly check this matter​ and take
legal action against these peoples because, if housing board will not take any
legal action in this case.this will set a wrong example and people

This Complaint Is Regarding Construction Of Houses Illegally Extending without a mcd permission and a plan. The house number is #350/2 sector 41A, Chandigarh. He has already occupied the space on the illegal 4th floor. Now, he is extending the houses over the garage region by constructing the pillars & creating problem to others. We Request The Concern Authorities To Come Have A Check On The Constructing Houses #350/2, & few nearby houses And Stop Those Illegal Constructions. Sir it can b very dangerous kindly help us regarding public welfare before some tragedy occurs.

Hence We Request The Authorities To Stop These Kinds Of Illegal Activities And Take Quick Action On The Above Mentioned House Owners. Your Punishment Towards This Complaint Should Be Like A Lesson To Them & Also As A CAUTION To The Others.
