This company took money from my credit card without permission.
When I informed them about the transaction the site "CLAIMED" to cancel the transaction.
GUESS WHAT! They never returned the money. I have two (2) statements from them claiming the transaction is canceled but still I don't have my money back.
Don't use any company which uses CGBilling (CGBilling.com) to do their billing otherwise you could end up like me.

I want my money refunded because I did not authorize this transaction I do not recognise this transaction and have not authorised the purchase. I woaporeciate it if the money is refunded

Just got charged 32.75 from something called ARTEMISA never heard of this even tried calling the number but it hangs up immediately after a few rings.

I did not approve a 13 dollar charge to my card I want a refund immediately, all of the 13 better be returned or i will contact the bbb and a lawyer

Bonjour je voudrais avoir un renseignement on m'a appelé il y a une semaine pour faire une consultation de 5 minutes j'ai eu une C4 Aria qui m'a dit c'est 5, 60 € pour 5 minutes donc je dis oui il y a pas de souci le problème qu'il y a c'est que quand je passe au consultation auprès d'une Voyance j'ai posé une seule question au bout de 50 minutes et je dis à la femme excusez-moi mais je ne peux pas payer plus que 70 € car la Sakarya me dit que c'est 5 € pour 5 minutes donc moi j'ai calculé 40 à 50 € et pour Raphaël compte après ma consultation avec la voyance elle me repasse la secrétariat qu'elle me dit que je dois payer 200 € pour la consultation de 50 minutes lorsque avant que j'ai la voyance au téléphone elle me dit que c'est 5, 60 € pour 5 minutes pour en fait contre c'est une grosse arnaque je ne sais pas quoi faire car je dois payer 200 € et en plus de ça il me met une frais carte j'ai besoin de vos réponses car je ne sais pas quoi faire

У меня тоже сегодня сняли деньги с карты .пришло сообщения покупка 29.95 евро .я не совершал эту покупку.давайте объединимся и подадим в суд.если с каждого будут так снимать и все будут молчать эти машейники так и будут воровать деньги с карт.моя почта skorospilsiamaks@mail.ru.давайте списываться и решать эту проблему.потому что эти деньги были на покупку лекарств для отца теперь я не могу купить и взять не где.кто та щас нажился украл.из-за него умрет человек.давайте с этим бороться

I had the same problem. I had a $7.99 deduction and another $23.99 deduction a few minutes later. The bank texted and emailed me so I was able to decline the second one. When I called CGBILLING they were able to give me the name and email address of the person that charged my account. It was a google mail account so I called Google and found out the email address was outside of the United States. They could not give me any more info because their IP address was constantly changing and could not be traced. These people are experienced and know what they are doing. And they have my credit card number. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future? I have heard of services such as Lifelock. Any suggestions would be welcome

Yes I completely agree that cgbilling.com has a fraudulent payment gateway by credit card. The transactions do not get OTP or final confirmation before making payment.

I have a complaint about Cgbilling... On 6th of november, I have payed some 8, 07EUR over Cgbilling to something that was stated in my account as SIA OOKSTE (it was a cam chat community - web site). Ten days after that threw entire november and december 2014, someone was using my creditcard data for purchases that I haven't made on web sites like WOW IN GAME STORE, BATTLE.NET BALANCE, POKERSTARS, FACEIT, RIOTGAM*LEAGUEOFLEGEND, JTI*TWITCHTV SUB SRVCS, Vtsup.com. These names - items were stated in my account... All in total 336, 00EUR of expences that I haven't made... :-( A real fraud...and a "good" publicity for a firm Cgbilling... Just a warning to all other people on internet, do not use Cgbilling for your payments! Very sad, realy!
It is very hard for me and my family, for my children, in these days around Christmas, to experience something like that, and it is a huge "financial punch" for us... Shame on you people from Cgbillings, shame on you for taking away Christmas holidays from us...

I have found ZAR 1087.52 taken from my credit card account today by "Cgbillingcom".
Who is this company and how did they get my card details ?
I have cancelled this card and asked my bank to investigate for fraud.

I live in NY. Was considering dumping Cablevision and heard about paying one-time charge of $49.95 for around 450 TV channels. At bottom of website saw name "CGBILLING2.com" and googled it. Wow, am I glad I found THIS website, even though I do NO financial transactions via Internet. Give me a phone number and I call to order something, but NOT on Internet. Thank you everyone for your comments. Very helpful.

I also had trial which I cancelled, then saw an unauthorised withdrawal of US$69.95 from my account. I've only just emailed them my complaint today. I'm interested to see what response, if any I get. Just a thought, I wonder if something is blocking/hacking cancellation of our 2 or 3 day trials, hence the charges for continued membership? Where is the money going to? Meanwhile, I'm contacting my bank to block further withdrawals from this company

Thanks for your advice, and I did let my credit card company know of this scam, as I do not trust the girl I spoke with at C.G billing, she told me I would be refunded, , when I pressed her for her name she had to think so I did not trust her word...

thats the whole reason they are listed on this site. They allowed it.

If you will contact your CC company tell them you did not authorize transaction then they will see that you get refund, plus charge the process a fee for fraudulent cards.

What a scam this cg billing is running...I too received a charge from cg billing for the amount of 54.79, saying the charge is from miscellaneous and specialty retail stores. I knew I had not made any purchases, so went on their web site submitted my info, and was told they had no record of a transaction, so I then phoned there U.S number as I am from Canada, and automatically was told no problem i will credit this amount to your account, I asked what the charge was from, and she was very vague, saying someone downloaded something and must have had my credit card, ..I said on your web site it states that I should have received a conformation e-mail of any transaction? to which I never received, I asked her specifically which site this was for if she could tell me, some Internet TV site she said, so as we are talking and I am going through my e-mails I came across an advertisement I had receive f such a site, that I did click on, but at no time did I download or give out my info on my credit card...so beware very scary, when she realized that I figured it out she was very short and to the point that I don't have to be concerned my cared would be credited for full amount immediately, and was assured that no more charges would incur.. scary stuff

CGBILLING.COM is used by scammers. I was taken by a download site that had we will charge you $XX.XX if you do not cancel. Yes that was in the TOS but not posted anywhere on website. anyone that is sent to CGBILLING.COM better beware buyer you getting ready to get burnt. I wish they would police themselves but sadly it takes consumers complaining, and now that Google is big on reviews.. they will perhaps post this at top so all can see.

I have asked them remove my subscription and to ensure that they cannot suck the 29.95$ out of the the account, I am closing it before the two day trial period ends and thus they cannot proceed to vampiring me. The deception has been used (misusing peoples trust to competently stop billing when corrected instructed to do so) over and over again and is the bane of the Internet. At least with a local and or brick and mortar business, you can go to an office and then file charges against them so they behave. For the record, check out the TV show American Greed re: Scams and you will learn more. The so-called men's potency pill (Extenz) with guaranteed results used this same scam of continuing to bill (bilk) the customers who simply asked for their billings to cease, once or before the trial period was through...even tho that company said that the card number you supply them with was to be used only for Shipping and Handling with 3 "free months"...well, internal memos between the brothers who operated this multimillion scam revealed that they intentionally were scamming "the suckers, customers"!..One brother did time in prison and the other one sold the controlling interest to an "ethical company" and the actual medical compound is entirely bogus (I am a physician and worked in that area of expertise long enough to know.) Caveat Emptor in extremis! DrT

Thank you cgBilling for promptly refunding my overwihtdraw in just 2 days after i put in a complaint even thought i was told to expect a refund in 10 to12 days.I do still wish to subcribe into the same site but unfortunately i dont know how to go about it unless one of you can help as you have cancelled my subcribtion.A big thank you guys for your help.

I had a purchase on the 06 march 2012 to which they deducted the amount of AU$31.81 as per agrement yet on the07 march 2012 they had the audacity of withdrawing AU$19.50;on the 09 march2012 another withdrawal of AU$29.14 and another one was done on the 12 march 2012 for the amount of AU$38.94.I went to my bank this morning and straight away they put a stop to further withdrawal by choping my bank card into two pieces.I frankly do not want to express my anger toward cgbilling.com*netcash just yet because perhaps there's a valid explaination to this and get the overdrawing amount of US$87.58 back in good faith anyway i intend to let the world know of the outcome.

I am sorry you have had trouble getting through on the phone. We always strive to answer calls as quickly as possible.
The web form at cgbilling.com is secure, and we would never ask you to submit your full credit card number over the web.
We never charge credit cards without proper authorization and should there be a charge made in error we will of course refund it. The fastest and easiest way to find out what the charge was for and to cancel and subscriptions or memberships with any of the companies on whose behalf we process payments, is to contact us directly via phone, email, fax or web.

Similar experience with holding onthe phone and then getting bumped back. Will not contact by web form as I do not trust this phishing possibility.

So have asked our CC provider to investigate our dispute. I am leaning on it being a fraudulent operation. They show a Spanish telephone number in the CC billing entry.

I have emailed cgbilling and have had NO response.
I've also called twice only to be on hold for 1 1/2 hours! I got all the way to the next customer in line to speak with a representative, then got bumped back to #7 in line BOTH TIMES!

You are not available - I've been trying to contact anybody there at CG Billing since December 25, 2011.

Don't know who they are. I have actually canceled 3 credit cards (all with the same credit card company) because these guys keep showing up randomly. I am each time, my credit card company calls them, the charges are actually fradulent and under a different name in there system. To me seems like a problem with this one credit card company as well since none of my other cards ever gets used. I am going to contact the credit card company again and this time permanently close all cards with them.

The charge with the descriptor cgbilling.com is most likely from a purchase on a third part website for which we are the payment processor. my credit card statement came to me with a charge from cgbilling, com on it which i did not authorise my cc co. tells me i will have to cancel my card and get a new one this is a bunch of bull i have not been able to contact anyone at cgbilling.com i've never heared of this co.brohubwells

Normally when you cancel within the trial period there is no charge to your card. If one was made anyway you should of course get your money back. Wish i had checked this site before making payments through this company...I had a two day trial on a site and cancelled it through CGbilling within 12 hours, received my confirmation notification from them...All good...Nada, they procceeded to charge my credit card again after the trial period, i went back to them and they reckon i have to request a refund from the site i joined directly...This is wrong when i cancelled the subscription well inside the trial period criteria, i was also cancelling there authorisation to charge my credit card...Don't believe there statement above mine, what i'm saying is the response i got today from them...We're lucky here in New Zealand, we have a dedicated credit card fraud unit, who work full time on outfits like this...I will be approaching them today...
