CEVA Logistics Massage chair

We ordered massage chair through Costco. It took them almost a month to ship it to our address, they kept emailing us the wrong phone number and finally we got hold of them. They told us that they will arrive between 12 and four, and someone has to be home to sign to receive the product. I took half day off and came home at 11:30 finding that the big massage chair was left outside the garage door. When I went to their website, it says that I signed the product when I received it but actually I never did. I was not even home when they drop this item. We open the item and it has several broken pieces on the bottom. I called the shipping company and mention about all these, they ignored my complain. In fact they didn’t do anything about the way the product was handled, shipped before I got home. They have no answer how my signature was on their website when I was not even there.

CEVA Logistics Breach of road safety by ceva logistics b-double driver

5th of August 2023, Driver of B-Double Truck, registration YV330U on M1 Highway Brisbane North south-bound disregards any speed limits throughout building sides, driving dangerously close to vehicles in an attempt to make them move, so he can proceed on his speed in access of 110km/hr.

Truck twice tall gated me with any regards for safety distance to other vehicles.

I am om 100km/hr and the truck drove twice as close as 3m onto the tail-end of my vehicle, than moved onto the left lane, passing me with well above speed limit to do the same exercise to 3 more road users in front of me.

The Truck displays a Sign on the Back: "Learn to drive safely around a truck"

Does this means, we all have to drive safely around your Trucks, so that your drivers can do their illegal business?

This is reckless, dangerous and in disregards of any Truck-Safety-Requirements and/or Law. Just a question of time till we see another fatal accident caused by Drivers like him.

I am a WHS-Investigator and a Manager of a Warehouse at Manly West, been driving Trucks, training Drivers and Investigate Incidents and Accidents. You can contact me on: [protected]@handsandfeet.com.au or by SMS or phone on [protected].

This Driver should not be on the wheel of a Heavy Vehicle.

CEVA Logistics Product delivery sitting idle (in my city)

I would like to know how to cancel my online order that now after being placed at end of september now has an “contact to schedule” that keeps getting moved up everytime i contact customer service and not one update via sms as the shipper has claimed as an option! This has showed as completed in the BJs app since the funds were removed from my account but “being prepared for shipping” when tracked. Even the support email which has claimed to be “escalated” is still sitting idle. I am livid and giving your company a chance to rectify this by messaging . By days end tonight if Ive still no resolution I will do an all out rant on twitter, facebook, yelp, trip advisor etc. whoever will listen about this shady practice. They keep pushing to show in system awaiting schedule delivery but customer service said it shows not necessarily. Waybill shows siting 2 days!

Desired outcome: I want my money returned immediately as this is an electronic device (TV) who know what abuse it’s undertaking?

If you paid with a credit card go to the bank of that card and dispute that order.

I bought from Amazon and Walts TV (was the seller) out of Tempe AZ. used Ceva Logistics to bring me the TV. I had the same issues you had. I canceled the order through both Amazon and Walts TV and waited for a refund for days. I then went to my bank website and disputed the order. I received my full refund in a few days.

Then I went on Yelp and wrote a lousy review for both Walts TV and Ceva Logistics. Always check the reviews regarding the seller and the shipper if your not sure of their service.

CEVA Logistics Cabinet delivery

CEVA is the logistics company that the retailer from which I purchased two accent cabinets uses to deliver products. I have been contacted by CEVA 3 times to schedule delivery (June 16, 2022; June 28, 2022; and July 2, 2022). On each of these dates no one from CEVA ever showed up. On the most recent scheduled delivery date (July 2, 2022) I tracked the product and saw that its status was changed to out for delivery. Again, I waited at home all day but no one from CEVA contacted me and no one from CEVA showed up. I now see that the product status has been updated on July 3 at 12:06 pm to say that the shipment is on hand at the CEVA facility. I have emailed CEVA, I have called CEVA and yet I have never received a reply from them. I am now working with the retailer to get my money back. I am now concerned that the CEVA status tracker misinforms customers or that CEVA is a scam operation that takes money and never follows through with its contractual obligation to complete a delivery. My tracking number is RAP0547859. To the extent you can get anyone at this company to give you an accurate and honest reply as to what the problem is...or if you can even get my product delivered to me, I would be very grateful.

Desired outcome: Tell the truth about where the product is or contact my retailer and say that they are unable to deliver my product so that I can get a full refund.

CEVA Logistics Traffic Hazard

Hi there
A non target truck completing a drop off at a target location (1033 N Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505) used a center lane to deliver items. This is a harmful traffic hazard and doesn't allow persons visiting Bang Zoom Studios to make a left turn out of the parking lot.
We've seen several accidents occur in this center lane when it is used as a drop off location, in addition it blocks others from exiting other parking lots safely.

Desired outcome: Don't use center lane for deliveries

CEVA Logistics Premium transport

Booking number [protected]. I have booked a premuim transport from pickup in Western Australia to be delivered to Victoria Australia. I contacted CEVA customer support on the 16th September 2021 (Thursday) to organise pick up for Monday the 20th September. I was informed CEVA operations department was going to contact my client in Western Australia to organise pickup. The car in question is a $130, 000 rare classic car so it cannot be left out on the street. The operations department on Friday had informed my client they will pick the vehicle up on Monday but they never showed up. I contacted CEVA customer service who informed me they had no truck available and would have to reschedule but failed to inform me or my client. On Tuesday the 21st September 2021 (today), CEVA have arrived at the address without contacting my client. My client was not on the premises as far as he is concerned is still awaiting for CEVA operations department to contact him to arrange a suitable pick up day and time. This is a premuim service of which I have paid accordingly for and to date have received the worst level of service from a transport company who is supposedly to be a leader in the market. This is pathetic customer service especially when I have to call a Phillipines call centre to get something fixed in Australia and the customer service operator still does not take the initiative and follow up the operations department. I want this fixed today and if my client has to drop the car at the depot in Western Australia I want a refund to compensate for the service not delivered.

CEVA Logistics Shipping haven’t received my order and it’s been over a month

Ceva logistics has had my order for over a month and keep sending me emails stating my package will be delivered this day and that date and I've yet to receive it. when I call they say well it's supposed to be delivered today but we don't see a driver for this order! Even the company I ordered from has contacted them and they are trying to fix it.. ceva I've never had this much trouble with an order! I honestly feel they have either lost it or stolen it! Bc they have no answers for me I've missed 3 work days bc it was supposed to be here both days.. I'm paying for something that they have! I think they should reimburse me my money!

CEVA Logistics Ceva or not Ceva Logistics

It is very sad to say but possibly who you think you are complaining about and giving a bad review to is not even aware of the issue.
June 24, 2021 I was contacted by a Ceva Employee who was to hook me up with a Interviewer for a job opportunity. Hour and a half later low and behold I got the job. Great Pay, Great benefits work from home. Ok 🚩 red flags go up by the next morning and after I signed contract and filled out paperwork. Yes my SS# and all… Than it started with I needed to get the equipment bought to start by Monday. Again I had already felt like something wasn't right so I played along and kept putting the Supervisor/interviewer off as he grew angrier and angrier. He finally broke down and sent me a fake check to deposit into my account thru remote deposit mind you. And by the time my bank would have caught it he would have been long gone and had my bank info too.
Needless to say I'm not done with these 2. I have tracked all their info. To a landline in Santa Barbara and the other is in Texas still working on exacts. I want to commend the HR team in Texas Novelle and Jacks for confirming during this whole mess that John Hall wasn't legit and his Supervisor Marcel Wagner was not either. The accounting dept was also helpful with verifying the check was a fraud and gave me an Email address to someone at Ceva Logistics who has his own investigation into several of these scams that they are involved in. So again please do your investigations before giving Ceva Logistics a bad review. They are #1 in my book. I'm sure they have made there mistakes but It might not have been even them…..

CEVA Logistics Product not received ic00057702

Product has been at warehouse for over two weeks, When calling the number to schedule delivery there is no answer and no one has called to schedule. Five emails have been sent out and still no reply on when I will get my package. The customer service at Atlanta is non existence.

Would you please find my fuel tank CEVA #AZN 1126112 I was able to trace it to Louisiana March 14 I spoke to Mary Beth it showed it down there. She was going to check on it and call me back. Never did. I have been calling her number back as soon as it starts to ring. [protected]. I get two beeps. She has me blocked. I can pick up another phone and it will ring. But I don’t want to talk to anyone because you need to be notified you have a major problem down there shows it’s been shipped February 19 in phoenix. I would appreciate some help. CEVA Logistics lies and refusal to deliver

7/22/2019 - ordered 4 slide toppers from lippert. We were notified parts arrived on 8/3/19 at ceva.
8/6/2019 - called on status of shipping and told they were to be delivered 8/9/2019. Cancelled all our appointments and stayed home to receive shipment - it never came
8/12/2019 - called lippert to check again on delivery and they advised I contact shipping company as they did not know why delivery was not completed. I got shipping company phone number
I called shipping company to ask if I could pick them up myself and they told me no the items were already on truck to be sent out for delivery to me on 8/13/2019. Again I waited all day and no delivery!
8/14/2019 - called shipping company as I received no delivery and asked on date again. We were leaving town the 15th for 2 weeks and I asked them to leave them at my house. They told me no there had to be someone here to sign for them.
8/19/2019 - called shipping company and asked why they were taking so long to deliver and they advised they did not receive last item to deliver until 8/12/2019 and they hold all items to be shipped until they have complete order. (guess they forgot about all previous promises of delivery & lippert's stating all parts were delivered 8/3/19).
Again they would not deliver to me without a signature. I gave them my email to arrange a date to have item delivered and my daughter from denver was going to come here to sign for them (she is 2 hours away) I also note, your company gave them my incorrect phone number to contact me. I gave them my cell number and my email on this date
8/20/2019 - shipping company emailed me they would be able to deliver on the 23rd. Made arrangements for my daughter to be here on that date, they could not give me time except from between 8 and 5 that day. I emailed them back advising 23rd was ok.
Shipping company immediately emailed me back delivery date was changed to 30th.
I emailed them back advising 30th would not work as my installer left the 28th for home in florida. My daughter also left 25th on her vacation. I emailed them that I was cancelling order. I was frustrated!
I am only 2 hours away and all I want is to be allowed to pick them up and be done with it. No more false promises of delivery.
This is the 15 of sept. And we leave on the 23rd. If I cannot pick them up immediately my only other option is to hire an attorney.
We have been fighting them for a month and half.

CEVA Logistics management

Over the last 3 years I've worked for ceva logistics Barnoldswick I loved my job but the last occasion this ended not very nice indeed.i got told I would be made permanent that turned into nothing but lies.there was three of us all got told we were getting made permanent to my astonishment only two got it one fella glenn corma and rightly so he was there before me and a 17year old lad called kieren the son of one of bosses dave Simpson he had only been there 10 weeks and got made permanent.so as it turns out there was only two jobs going after constant questions to the boss rob bryan he just kept phobbing me off so therefore that left me no alternative to seek work elsewhere highly disappointed in rob bryan he's just lied lied and lied bad management all round disgusting the lads I worked with were gob smacked at how I have been treated there is also the factor if you don't work overtime you are shown the door bully boy tactics. Rob bryan dave Simpson on overtime get £20 an hour working sat or sun us £9.00 for sat £10 for Sundaynot on.i am now taking this matter further.how can a lad of 17 get full time employment after 10 weeks 35 years experience I've had in factories in various rolls.contructive dissmisle and nepotism this should not be happening but its here ceva logistics Barnoldswick you really need to wake up or higher management needs to step in and get this sorted

CEVA Logistics I am complaining about my car which was damaged during transportation

Dear sir
I purchase car from Western Australia and transport to South Australia. I mentioned booking details above. The car was delivered to Wingfield Depo on 3/4/19.
Before getting car delivery, I check my vechile had dent on bonnet, plastic dent, windscreen cracked.
The receptionist took photos, they told me someone from ceva warranty will contact you.
It's more then a month, I haven't received any call or email from ceva warranty.
I had repaired my vechile from certificate crash repair the repair cost was $2090.51 Plz download attach documents and let me know about payment .
If not then I will take this matter to court.
Also on delivery paper it mention no damages prior to pick up.
I will wait for reply.

CEVA Logistics delivery

CEVA logistics offered delivery of our TV on 12/29/2018, Saturday. I scheduled this delivery one week ago on their delivery site. They called me yesterday, one day before delivery to tell me that they no longer deliver on Saturdays and that I needed to reschedule. I was not able to call CEVA logistics until today, 12/29 and they are closed for the weekend.

CEVA Logistics Delivery cancelled twice! No communication

I have placed an order withe thee company maisons du monde on thee 6the of October. My order was in UK by thee end of October so CEVA logistics have called me to arrange a delivery (on thee 3rd of November). However, theey cancelled thee delivery one day before saying items were missing. I contacted maisons du mond who offered me to get all my items (furniture) apart from what was missing (1 item); I agreed on theat and waited theeir carrier call as advised. However, two days have passed withe no calls. I called again maisons du monde (I am being charged calls abroad when I do) and after discussion theey advised me to call CEVA logistics (to arrange delivery). I called CEVA logistics on thee 9the of November and agreed on getting my items as I was only missing one. The delivery was now scheduled for Thursday thee 15the, I got a confirmation email and not a very convenient slot on thee 12the (12:45-15:45) but I did not mind as I theough at least theis will be done. However, theis morning (thee 15the of November) theey called me to tell theat my items are missing and theat theey cannot deliver.
I do not understand how nobody has checked before I stay home and wait and also how one day theey are theere and theen one day theey are missing. Apparently theere is no communication withein theis team! They are witheholding a big and important purchase of mine and theis causing me great inconvenience. I have been very patient withe rescheduling, contacting maisons du monde when theey should have, contacting theem when maisons du monde should have. I have been charged a lot of money for theis delivery and a lot for all theis phone-calls. I cannot wait anotheer week for theem to call me back and anotheer one to arrange anotheer delivery. Since now as theey said theey can't do anytheing I would like my items by Tuesday delivered eitheerwise I will have to complain to maisons du monde and find out what I can do legally when theey do not deliver my goods. Neitheer can I arrange my schedule anymore according to theeir delivery and theen being disappointed.

I just cannot understand why everytheing should be made theat difficult and cause frustration to customers when in reality it is much easier. I hope it gets resolved soon.

CEVA Logistics delivery and attitude

My husband and I ordered a sofa from Sainsburys on 11th jan 12. I received a call from your company 20th Jan to day that the sofa would be delivered on 25th Jan. I specifically said I will take the day off, without pay, as both my husband and I work and she said I will call on Monday 23rd to let you know if it will be am or pm delivery. I never received the call and when I called on 24th to check the progress of the order I was tlod that I wouldn't receive it on wed 25th as it would only arrive in Belfast on 25th. I asked for an explanation on this and was basically told "what do you want me to do about it! It then went on to 2 days of trying to speak to management and being fobbed off in one way or another, very unhappy with the level of "professionalism" I received. This compnay is a JOKE!

I have also ordered furniture from Sainsburys. I received a message on my mobile phone from this same delivery company that I need to call to arrange a delivery date. I have been calling then for the last 4 days and just being held in a queue with terrible music in the background. I wait for 30mins then give up as no one answers. Waste of phone bill for me. They have my email they can use that to communicate if it is easier for them. Not sure what will happen next. Wish I read this post before.

No surprise to hear the above. A similar situation has happened with me. I had received a call and arranged to have an armchair that I had purchased from Sainsburys delivered yesterday the 27th Feb. I was told the delivery people would contact me on the day to say if it was due am or pm. I had not heard anything and at around 4.30pm called CEVA to find out when it was due to be told that I never had a conversation with them and that arrangements had not been arranged for delivery and that they tried to contact me three times but my mobile phone was not working. I was amazed and said I was not going insane but I had had a conversation and the delivery was due on that day. I was fobbed off and told I must have spoken to Sainsburys. I then asked if Sainsburys dealt with deliveries as well and Amy who I spoke with said no they do not. So why would they have called me about deliveries, I questioned. She could only tell me that the computer says no, that they did not speak with me. It was like a scene from Little Britain! After the call I checked my voicemails to find that I still had the message from Sarah of CEVA who had called me about the delivery a week earlier and on my log I had made a call to their number and was on the phone for three minutes arranging the delivery. I immediately called Amy back to explain my findings and expected an apology. This was not really forthcoming and she explained she can only follow what the computer says and can only make the delivery in a weeks time as they are very busy. I asked her to highlight it to her manager and I had a voicemail today saying they could only deliver next Friday. So I will have to take another day off work! I have since tried calling Billy back four times to express how difficult all of this is and to ask if they could not do anything earlier since it is their mistake! They should be pulling the stops to rectify this afterall. However no call has been returned as yet and probably won't. I also emailed Sainsburys yesterday about the very poor customer treatment I have received from CEVA and am waiting to hear back what they say. Very poor, very disappointing. It has put me off buying anything through Sainsburys again if they are represented by such dire delivery company!

CEVA Logistics Fraud and scam

What you want from us is to pay twice of a hire price then what customer paid including merchandise cost and shipping they paid for. How everyone works in my industry is: merchandise cost $xx.xx, profit mark up, + freight (that was quoted according to contracts) and that would be our selling price. We do not ever quote anyone one price and bill triple the amount. If we would run our operation as you are, we would be long out of business.

What you are doing is typical freight fraud. We deal with over 60 vendors and 25 freight carriers. This is the first and hopefully last incident we will ever occur with such none professional corporation.

When I opened the account with Jason, he himself confirmed pricing on several occasions via phone and once via email (see below of response). The contract provided to me is very unclear and blur, this is way I was calling Jason every other day to confirm/clarify if there would be any additional fees. Jason has never informed me of any dimensional weight or maximum of $50.00 per claim. The only pricing he kept repeating is $55.00 or .50 per lb which ever is greater + $28.00 residential fee and ruff estimated 25% fuel charge. If I would have been informed of the outrageous pricing and fraudulent operation you are running I would have never trusted EGL with my merchandise. Even if there is a dimensional rate on what section of the contract does it explain the pricing break down?

CEVA will need to contact the consignee to schedule delivery based on the above. If the consignee wants/requires the following, we are to contact for approval and billing. All billable amounts to be approved before freight is tendered for delivery.

Lift gate $33.00
Threshold $75.00
White Glove $111.00
Redelivery charge $40.00

Threshold ($75.00) - Pickup or delivery inside the residence door/threshold or garage of residence, main/1st floor only. Rates include two (2) man team, lift gate ($33.00) and residence accessorials, if applicable.

White Glove ($111.00) - Pickup or delivery inside the residence, garage, room and floor of choice. Service includes two (2) man team, lift gate ($33.00) and unpacking product(s). Packaging (trash) to be removed unless residence request packing to be left with them.

Redelivery ($40.00) - Delivery was attempted and unsuccessful due to no fault of CEVA. Product returned to service center and delivery is scheduled again.

I have informed Jason that we are looking for best pricing and will be in no need of any extra’s (lift gate, white glove or threshold). If only we authorize extra shipping charges is the only time you may bill us for it.

I don’t know what assumptions were taken or what EGL was planning on leading this to but we will not be paying tripled invoices priced. We can not

As of today there is an outstanding balance of $13746.16 in damage claims that EGL owe us. Additionally you have delivered a $999.00 to a wrong customer and forced us to loose a sale. This unit you are in position of is clearly EGL’s error and we have no sales for this unit. If it would be a commonly sold unit we would take your offer on free freight move but unfortunately we do not and are not willing to take a loss of $999.00 for EGL’s error.

To all my calculations EGL owes us $1785.36.

That's a confusing comment, Rosalie. First you won't refer to the 'complaintant' by name, then you direct him to the city manager, then you imply that it's his fault for not giving you the relevant information, then you say that CEVA takes pride in its customer service and he should contact the management!

However, when i've dealt with CEVA i've received nothing but mixed messages and confusing statements as well so I guess it's all par for the course over there. If CEVA truly cared about its customers it would be contacting this 'complaintant' directly as opposed to making a public comment that is nothing but a blatant attempt to save face.

PS: yes, I know this was posted in 2008 but it still grinds my gears.

I work for Ceva and wonder if the complaintant contacted the City Manager of that City to try and resolve the issue in an agreeable way. Most Ceva employee's go all out for our customers and it is Company policy on quoting charges. As long as the customer has all the relevant information such as size, wgt and destinations then we can quote you down to the penny and we honor that quote even if Ceva has to take the loss. You Should have been given a quote number and feel maybe this may have been a huge error made but would like to guarantee you that we do not try to take advantage of our customers. I take pride in what I do as do most of the Ceva family. I would urge you to contact Ceva's local management and try to resolve this matter. I am sure that we could come to an equitable solution.

CEVA Logistics Shipper lost plasma TV (and then lost a replacement TV)

This shipping company (EGL - which is now a part of CEVA) lost my plasma television (ordered through Amazon.com), and then lost a second replacement television sent by Amazon. In both cases, they never bothered to call me and tell me they lost the TV, causing me to have to make arrangements for someone to be at my home during the 6-hour delivery window -- for no reason. Their customer service has been terrible throughout. I constantly get inconsistent explanations and false promises about other delivery dates. I hope that Amazon eventually decides to stop using them as a shipper.

We are a vendor for Amazon. We constantly have issues with CEVA pickups OR should I say lack of pickup.

We currently have 9 shipments waiting for CEVA to pickup so if you've ordered a rug from AMAZON then it's probably still sitting on our dock waiting on CEVA.

Just send a truck to pick up the AMAZON orders, it makes us ALL look bad.
