I have registered on Certkingdom. I have paid money for the program, which contained links and videos for the training. I could see them, but when I have already paid for it, I couldn’t open the program. I called to the technical support and they said that it was problems with this specific program. They offered me to get the same eBook, but I already had one. I asked to return money back and they still haven’t done it.
They don't stand by their promise on refund. Have sent so many emails/reminders on this. Not even got an acknowledgement. On top of all, their dumps are not up to date. Tried for a couple of Oracle exams. Waste of time & money. More than money, relationship should be professional/ethical, to be in the market.
this lindsay paul is working for certkingdom and posting fake reviews.. dont go by her reviews.. they are a scam website, dont buy anything from them
I had purchased lifetime membership and exactly after one year they have blocked my access and not responding to any emails. When I asked them why they have stopped my membership they wrote the below:
Download Temporary Blocked By Risk Department,
Our risk department has monitored high volume of exam products downloads = 46 exams per month = more the 350 exams since you purchase, that's why your access to stuff has been temporarily blocked. As per our policy; you can download exams only for Study / Training for your students and for preparation purposes only. If you have downloaded exams as per policy; kindly provide a list of exams you have booked by your students or by you or taken through prometric or pearson vue. We will compare your list with your downloads and if found it's ok; your access will be restored.
When I checked in the account I had not done so many downloads. I told them they have not done the calculation correctly and since then I have been chasing. They are not responding to my emails. Clearly they have scammed me.
Please do not buy anything on this website as you will simply waste your money.
certkingdom blocked my lifetime membership with out a notice. saying it was meant for three years while there was no such clause mentioned in my membership contract, this is such a non professional attitude they did show just to earn few more dollars
The website is a SCAM, I became a member in 2015 where the membership was Unlimited Life Time Access and they only had one type of membership. They cancelled my membership and are now asking me to pay again. They changed their business model where now they have 1/3/12/Unlimited so cancelled mine and are now saying lifetime membership was only for 3 years. The testimonial section they have is bias as well, as they only post positive feedback instead of letting customers post to it themselves

they've cancelled my lifetime purchase - which I never used - after 6 months and said that it was expired because they have new policies that were announced several months after my purchase. cheaters have stolen my money and don't even want to talk, very easily they banned me from reaching their support. very rude thieves. go for real companies
they are total scammers, they've the worst customer support very rude people don't waste your money
