Today prior to 11am, I received 15 phone calls from Certified Payment Processing. I have previously told them I am not interested in using their services. I have also informed them that I have been listed on both state and federal do not call list.
They started at 8:06 today. This has been going on for weeks. I set my phone to block the calls, but it still results in at least one disruptive ring.
I then spent over an hour on the phone to get a live person on the phone at the company. I was then told that it was not the company's fault, that it was the automated service.
I have filled complaint on their web site (which is moderated and not posted) BBB complaint, and a complaint to the federal do not call list.
