My vehicle a 2005 Camry went in July 15th at 9:00am for standard maintenance at 30, 000 miles and NO damage, as the vehicle was checked by an insurance company the day before and inspected the morning of drop off to Certified Auto Service. The mechanic kept the vehicle overnight (about 48 hours). When I picked up my vehicle and drove down to the gas station (on empty), I noticed a HUGH scratch in my tent on the passenger side window across where you look into the mirror. I called the mechanic and he said it was no big deal to fix and to bring the car in the next day. Tending to doctor appointments I called him back and said I will bring my car in on Monday, he said okay. I went there and he brought out the other mechanic who worked on my car and asked me if my car was open, I said "Why would it be?, I don't leave my car open (UNLOCKED)!" He slammed the door in my face as I was walking out the office door to my car. Then the two mechanic's Gene and Mark, stated that was there (the damaged tint), I said "NO it was not!They proceeded with YES it was. Believe you me, it WAS NOT! Gene started using profanity at me including my family members!!! I gave it back to him.

STAY AWAY from Certified Auto Service! You will FOR SURE need a rental car and spend WAY more for service and deal with a PURE crook! DO NOT PAY THEM IN CASH AS THEY REQUEST, JUST SO "YOU" MAY HAVE A DISCOUNT!!! Unreported monies earned on their part... Someone needs to investigate them...
