Nor the points raised in the complaint have been substantiated with facts nor have been validated with supporting evidences. Nevertheless, we at Century regret any bad-feelings or dissatisfaction, if any, by any of our employees (current and past) or by any customers for any of the situations that might have propped up without our knowledge and certainly without our intentions of doing so. Century Financial Brokers LLC (CFB) is a fully licensed and regulated company, continuously operating in UAE for over 28 years with an employee strength of about hundred fully motivated, technically trained and professionally qualified competent persons. It may be noted that most of our employees are working with us for a long period of time, in some cases stretching more than 20 years, which is a statement in itself regarding the employee-satisfaction levels of our company. Going ahead Century encourages all its employees to pursue higher levels of skill development and obtain professional educational certificates in their core domains from internationally accepted professional institutions. This process sometimes is not well understood by some of our employees though we have a system of continuous counseling and encouragement for our employees to increase their skill levels and remain relevant to the sensitiveness of the financial services industry.

We would also like to clarify that we as a company and as part of our corporate policy do not have any hidden charges or costs being imposed on our customers. Whatever are the charges prevailing at any point of time are fully disclosed and agreed by each of our client without any single exception.
