Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

We have taken a note of the points raised in the complaint (posted May 1, 2012 and others in the thread) though it does not contain any specific details of any action, any event or any happenings. Nor the points raised in the complaint have been substantiated with exact and identifiable facts nor have been validated with specific supporting evidences. Nevertheless, we at Century regret any dissatisfaction or any bad experience, if any, by any of our customers for any of the situations that might have propped up without our knowledge and involvement.

Therefore, we request you to disclose the relevant details and identify the person with whom you had interactions which will prove the authenticity of the events and help us solve the complaint in the proper manner. We have a database of all the customer emails addressed to us and we can pick up the email sent by you containing your allegation that you have lost your money through unauthorized trading by any of our employees.
