VERY WORST SERVICE FROM CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB.
PLEASE READ MY PROBLEM & SOLVE IF POSSIBLE.
RECENTLY I HAD SEND ONE E-MAIL TO DEBIT CARD INCHARGE OF CBOP BRANCH LOCATED AT CUNNIGHAM ROAD, BANGALORE.

ACCOUNT HOLDER'S NAME: PAULDURAI.R
My debit card damaged on 20th September.
DAY 1: - I have handed over the forms to you. The form details are CBOP vantage 24 debit card reissue/repin form, requisition letter for new debit card, Internet & SMS banking form with my damaged debit card. You have confirmed that the new debit card will come with in 10 days.
DAY 15: - On 11th October the pin number reached my office, as I have mentioned my office address in the form.
DAY 18: - On 14th October I have contacted you on 080 – 30561501 and you assured that the debit card will arrive with in 3 days.
DAY 28: - On 24th October I have contacted you again for the debit card & you mentioned that it was dispatched from head office (Mumbai) shortly.
DAY 32: - Then on 28th October when I called you, you told that it was dispatched already & it will be received with in 2 days. But I didn't received.
DAY 35: - I have called you on 31st October to know the status of the debit card but you aren't clear with the status.
DAY 40: - On 5th November you have told that because of migration problem there was a delay on receiving the debit card. I have asked you, as the pin number has been delivered to the same address how come there will be a problem while sending the debit card.
Everyone in office if receiving the pin number & debit card to the same address, why I can't. You have accepted my point. You told, you will confirm in head office & let me know.
DAY 47: - I didn't receive any call back from you that's why I called you on 12th November. You have been told that the card has been sent to my address & then returned back to head office (Mumbai) on 22nd October. I have asked you the reason why the card has been returned. As you aren't sure, you have told that confirm with the head office.
From the discussions we had so far clearly stated that you weren't sure with the things but has told just for the time being.
DAY 53: - When I called you on 18th November, you kept me hold for 5 minutes checked that due to incomplete address card has returned back. Then I remembered you again the pin number have been delivered to the same address successfully. You assured that, you will be sending a e-mail to your head office (Mumbai) regarding my debit card & you added that I will be receiving the card with in 3 days.
DAY 56: - But I didn't receive the debit card as you mentioned. When I called you On 21st November to know the status, you told that it has already been dispatched from head office & it will take 2 days to reach my office.
I have called your mobile number on 24th October more than 10 times but you didn't pickup the call. When I called you again, I noticed that you put the mobile not reachable. Immediately I called your office reception & confirmed that you are available there & also not busy.
DAY 57: - This happened again on 25th November. Hence I called Divya. I explained the things happened to her & requested her to tell me the status of my card. She told me to stay on the line so that, she will discuss the problem with you but I refused because you cannot do anything useful. So I requested her to solve my problem. She replied me that, she will surely do it for me but before that she want to know the current status of my card.
DAY 58: - On 26th November again I contacted Divya to know about the card. She told me that, she has sent a e-mail to the head office. She added that due to bomb blast in Mumbai there is a delay in dispatching card. Once the problem has been solved, the card will be dispatched from head office (Mumbai) & it will reach you with in 3 days. I agreed with her & got the manager personal number for further clarifications.
DAY 66: - I didn't receive the card as mentioned by Divya. Hence I called her again on 4th December. She answered me that, she has sent the e-mail but the manager not yet approved because he is on leave. I have asked her is there anyone who will take decision in the absence of manager. She said only the manager can approved it. I asked her when I will be receiving the card. She told that, she can't tell me the exact duration but it will be dispatched once the manager approves it.
DAY 68: - When I called branch manager on 6th December, he gave me the assurance that the card will reach on 8th December.
DAY 70: - I waited till 8th December evening but I didn't receive the card. When I called him on the same day evening at 5.20PM. He told that, he will give me the details of the Airway & Toket Number after some time. When I called him after some time to get the details but he told me that, he itself didn't receive the details yet.
DAY 71: - Today Morning (9th December) called him again to get the number. He told that, he has sent 3 reminder e-mails regarding this issue but has not received any reply.
I asked him as branch manager if you aren't able to get the details from whom I can get help. When I asked him for the details of the office from where the card will get dispatched. He told me to get the details from the bank website as he don't have any details.
At last he assured me that the card will reach on Thursday (11th December)
I have applied for Internet banking & SMS banking. Even I didn't get any response that too……….
The maximum processing time for the new debit card is 15days as per CBOP rules & regulations.
God only knows, it may be continued or not.
