We had a phone installation performed and we didn't have service on all of our lines, but only 2 lines worked, for the period 10/13-10/24/17 and lost a lot of revenue for that period of time altho advertising costs continued. The CEO wants reimbursement for all advertising that ran for the period noted above, which is 12 out of 31 days for the month of October. Basically for 38% of the month of October we did not have adequate phone numbers that would cover all of the advertising because we have phone numbers throughout northern California and customers were unable to reach us. Advertising expense for the month is: Valley Yellow Pages $2730.00; YP thru Tracy $1307.00; Stockton $1145.00; Stockton Internet $613.00; Sacramento $1, 270.00; YP Digital $600.00; Lodi $806.00; Lodi Internet $63.00; Stanislaus $1, 720.00; Sacramento internet $319.00; Stanislaus Internet $541.00 and Google running at approximately $500.00 per month. Total expenses in advertising for the month is $26, 114.00 and 38% of that figure comes out to $10, 108.64.
