Central Parking Systems / Bad service
I parked once at Central Parking on West Dallas St. in downtown Houston. I used my debit card at the automated kiosk to pay for my parking. I was charged once on 11/26 for parking, and this charge was valid. My debit card was charged again on 12/3, although I had not parked at Central Parking again. I have called and spoken to Joe Walker three times, and have yet to receive a refund. All I am told is that they are "looking into it". The lesson here is to not use your debit card to pay for parking at Central Parking. If I had used cash they would not have been able to charge me twice.
