central kia of irving / shoddy business practices
Central Kia is the worst company that I have ever dealt with
in all of my professional career. They are sneaky with paperwork. They raised the price of the vehicle up from
the internet price, they agreed to pay half of tax title and
license but then when the paper work was ready to be signed
it included the whole amount. They just wear you out about
the extended warranty, I was told it was ten years and or
100, 000 miles, paperwork showed 36 months or 90, 000.
I cancelled the extended warranty because three and half
months after I bought the car, still was unable to get a copy
of the extended warranty. I called Central Kia three times
and was told each time they would overnite the copy, still
don't have it. When I called for a manager, I got Richard
who was about as obnoxious as any man I had ever spoken
to. I explained the problem of not getting a copy of the
extended warranty that they just insisted I have, he
said I would have to come up and sign more paperwork
as they initially filled out the paperwork on wrong form.
I wonder how many years they would hold that paperwork
before letting ME know??? He got real nasty with me and
I got nasty right back...I paid $1600 for something that I
could not even prove that I had as I had no copies, and he
was offended...? Give me a break...
My sales rep, Carlos, was not professional...and was just
a nightmare to deal with...this is the worst car buying
experience I have ever had...I would never walk back
into that place. I am not even sure some of the stuff they
do is legal...mighty fine line..
