central heat/air / overcharged

Sears came out and gave us an estimate on a central air and heat unit, when it was installed a smaller air unit was put it. Should of had a smaller bill because unit was a cheaper unit. Call after call and still not a dime was taken off our bill. They agree some should be taken of but will not do it. Will never deal with Sears again

I had a horrible experience with Sears. We agreed to have them install a new unit both air handler and outside compressor. They weren't the lowest price but decided to go with a company that had been around figured that would be the best choice. Well they had some contracted company come and install the system of which only one of the men spoke english. 2 months later the ceiling in our hallway fell in because they never hooked up the drain line or installed the shut off switch for the drip pan so it overflowed causing extensive mold growth not to mention now a huge hole in Great expectation from a huge long time company!

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU THINK ABOUT MY HORROR STORY BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THEM!
