I ordered a free trial of this product for $4.95 and they did send a bottle. There was no mention of being automatically enrolled in a auto-ship program although I should have known better than to expect otherwise. Any way, they are now charging my card $44.95 and when I call to cancel I am told there is an 88 minute wait! They also tell you you can go their website, www.getorderhelp.com, for assistance except that if you don't have your order number, which they never provided, you cannot access the site. I have been on the phone line for 65 minutes and am still waiting... Better Business Bureau is next!
