This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

After I ordered Acai Pure, I found out from people online that they were having problems with being over charged and even after they cancelled their account.
I received my free trial of Acai Pure on Saturday, November 9, and decided that I will mail it back because of what I read from others. Now I am worried that they will overcharge me. I am going to mail it back tomorrow, November 12. The Sales Receipt that I received from them says that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Also that returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider and an RMA number from Customer Care. How are we suppose to get that number? I have emailed them twice and have heard no reply from them. Also I tried calling and I keep getting a busy signal. I do believe this is a scam.
Of course, now Acai Pure, has my credit card number, but I did notify the credit card company via email what I thought about this scam and I heard back from them right away. I decided to email Central Coast Nutraceuticals once more and I CC it to the credit card company. I have ordered lots of things online and never had a problem like this before.
I hope that I don't keep getting charged.

This company has a lawsuit against them from the Arizona Attorney Generals Office. Also the BBB has rated this company with an F the worst you can have. Just for all your information this is what I got off the BBB website.
Consumers who feel they have been the victim of consumer fraud by CCN should contact the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Consumer Information and Complaint division in Tucson at [protected], in Phoenix at [protected] or toll-free outside of Maricopa or Pima County at [protected].

I ordered a free trail and had to pay only shipping of $4.95. Now they sent another order and charged me $44.90 which I did not order. I read many, many more complaints just like mine that they did the same thing. Can we do nothing to stop them?d

I must say, this business (Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.) is pretty sneaky! I received a tube of the celebrity smile today (unauthorized) and now am on hold (37 minutes and counting) to receive an RMA #. No where did it state in reading your advertisement did it say, or, would I have ever agreed to be placed on automatic shipment! I received my so called "trial tube" and, with one application, I experienced tooth pain and stopped any further application! I figured with the high shipping charge, we were even. Today I just received another tube---without authorization and will have to go through the pain of securing an RMA--if I ever get in touch with anyone! I will also have to possibly bear a 15% restocking fee. Beware!

After reading an email, sent to my email address, from Central Coast Pharmaceuticals, Inc., promoting this "miraculous" way to lose weight, endorsed by Oprah, I decided to give this "FREE TRIAL" a chance. So, I gave this company permission to charge $4.95 to my bank debit card for this amount only.

Little did I know that when my "FREE TRIAL" bottle arrived, there were two products in the package that I did not order, was not informed about prior to my debit card being billed, nor prior to the shipment to me. There was "Hoodiburst Gum" for "only" $9.95 for twelve pieces! This was claimed to be an appetite suppressant to chew when one gets hungry. This is such a ludicrous claim, because chewing ANY kind of gum in between meals can relieve some of the hunger pains.

Next was a tiny bottle of "Hoodiawater" for the "bargain" price of $29.95! Again, this is claimed by the company to be an appetite suppressant. Give me strength! All of these products only have herbs, which can be very dangerous with taking prescription drugs. I am an RN, so I know this to be true. However, none of us reading the email, or internet information from this company, were informed of this fact. So, my bank debit card was billed for $44.85, without my giving legal consent, for this ridiculous, unlawful scam.

The next mind blower is the return policy. "If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply return "ALL UNOPENED UNITS" for a full refund (less Shipping & Handling) within 30 days of the original purchase date." Has anyone ever heard of such an impossible and ridiculous return policy? I certainly haven't. Let's see... we can return the product over which we are unsatisfied within thirty days of purchase, but ONLY IF IT IS UNOPENED. So, we are supposed to be able to try the units by osmosis to decide if we want to return them or not. Wow, why didn't I think of that? Luckily, I still have the most expensive unit, that being the "Hoodiawater", unopened, so I can actually get a dissatisfied refund; however, the catcher is that this company will not refund S & H fees, and they will subtract a 15% restocking fee out of my $29.95. Doing the math, I will only be credited for $20.50 after these deductions.

This return policy alone should be enough for the legal body in Florida to stake these people down and refund all of our money to us so fraudulently stolen. Does anyone know how all of us, who have been taken for such a fraudulent and illegal ride as we have been, know how to get a group action civil lawsuit going? I want to take this action to put this company out of business, as well as to get all of our money back.

Carol Dixon.

I ordered a free trial of Acaipure. I was to pay for S&H. I received three products and was billed $41.85. I phoned them and was given a return number and was told there would be no restocking fee. I returned the package R, RRR and received the green card back. They have not credited the charge. Then this month I received another shipment of the Acaipure with a charge of $44.90. I e-mailed them complaining and haven't heard back. I plan to notify my credit card company of these fraudulent charges and notify the Secretary of State of Arizona. I suggest everyone experiencing this fraud do so.

I ordered a bottle of green tea capsules. It was $1.00 plus$4.95 shipping and handling. I was charged $45.85 for products I had not ordered nor did I want. I also only got green tea capsules. I called upon package delivery and the person said I was a liar I had ordered all of the stuff and I had received it all. I sure would not pay $29.95 for a bottle of water and $9.95 for a pack of gum. I called my credit card company and put a dispute flag on that charge. I also filled out form and sent proof of what I had ordered. Call immediately if a charge is not right.

I ordered a FREE trial at a cost of 4.95 for shipping. My credit card was charged for 44.85. I was shipped products that I DID NOT order. When I called to question my refund the representative was EXTREMELY rude. I explained my situation & she said that it was all stated in the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" fine print on the website. But, I told her that it also stated on the website that you would receive a FULL refund if you were not completely satisfied within 30 days. I realize I'm only asking for about 6-10.00 dollars back, I was on hold for 1 hour and the representative was RUDE and told me that there was nothing she could do, told me it was only 6.00 dollars and I should "GET OVER IT". Her name was Jesse and she would not provide the name of her supervisor and told me that she and another representative had already wasted 8 minutes on the phone with me and then HUNG UP on me. I just can't believe in this economy that customer service would be this BAD!

SCAM--This is not a company of integrity. They have extremely long hold times (60, 70 and even 80 minutes--TRUE) when you try to call and cancel during the trial period--Of course you can't return the product without and RMA number, so you need to hold or send an email. I held for an unreasonable time only to be disconnected. We Finally sent an email to within our trial period to the email address provided (support@centralcoastnutra.net) and requested an RMA number to return the product, which was unopened (we didn't use because it contains Chromium). They never responded and claimed that they never got it--refused to listen and continued to state that it was too late to return the products. Although our email request was within the appropriate time limit, they refused to allow me to forward the email which showed the date of the request which would have proved that the request was within the trial period. We had to contact our bank to deal with it. Only then did they issue an RMA number and stated that a refund would be made.

BAD BUSINESS-NO INTEGRITY.

This trial offer for colopure is a scam. It is intentionally misleading on the terms and also on the return policy that is sent along with the offer. They purposely shipped late to make the "30 day" period expired before I could return unused portion. When i called the rep told me that they sent it out and it was returned to them because there was no # on the address. When I finally received the product around Feb.1, about a month after originally ordered, the shipping receipt still read Jan 2. Nice! When I called to cancel the Trial subscription on 2/18 (17 days later), I was told it would be canceled no problem. I was then billed $38.95 on my credit card. When I called to question this, I was told too bad. They give you 2o days to try it and a 6 day shipping window, so that is why the billing was on the Feb. 14. On the Return Policy it states 30 days and also says this is for unopened unit only, Exceptions made for trial offer. Total scam.

I went on line and ask to be sent a free trail no risk order of acai berry. I received the bottle with no charge but also in the package was charged for hoodia water and gum. I cannot use those products and no where on the web site did it say anything about that or the charges. Now my credit card has been charged on two different occasions for products that I did not order. When I try to call they say there is a wait time of 70 - 80 minutes . I have stayed on the line and they never answer even in that amount of time. I want my credit card fixed and the charges taken off. I DID NOT ORDER any of those products except for the free trial offer which was $4.95. PLEASE HELP ME. I DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY AND THIS IS A TRUE SCAM. IF I HAVE TO GET MY LAWYER OR THE BBB I WILL!

I ordered a free sample of the pills known as Acai pure and was told that i was only paying for shipping and handling, i was charged 90.00 and some change, which i did not authorize . I tried to call no answer or long times to wait 89 minutes they never returned any of my e-mails or calls. I e-mailed them to cancel my order asap and still no reply today [protected] their was a packaged delivered. Inside it said it would be charging me for products and that trying to return to sender was not acceptable that I needed to call the [protected] number to get authorization number which is impossible to get through to anyone and that only 30 days from ordered dated which was already 26 days from the original date already. The company is not answering calls or massages or e-mails I will be returning my package than contacting an attorney to write to consumer complaints board.

Same as everyone else! Asked for trail for shipping only. Received three items and were charged for the other two. Received them and paid for them, but ordered no more. Then was charged for a refill of the free one which I did not order. And it never came, but I had to pay for it on my credit card. I can't reach them by telephone because so many people are complaining. Don't know how to stop this fraud? Regards and wish for some help, Mary

You people are unbelievable and are thieves. I Ordered free trial for $4.95 and I get an invoice for $45.85. How Dare you? I have contacted the Attorney General's office in Florida, the Better Busines Bureau and the State Attorney General. I am tired of being ripped off by companies regarding items I did not order. This is unacceptable and you will be sued for stealing from unsuspecting clients.

i ordered a free trial of Acaopure on September 10Th 2008 and was supposed to be a $4.95 shipping cost to be sent in 2-3 bussiness days on Friday September 27Th 2008 I emailed them and told them I have not received my trial offer, The emailed me back on Saturday September 28Th 2008 with a apology stating due to over popularity they would extend my trial period. I received the products on Saturday September 28Th that afternoon and was sent to products that I didn't authorize for purchase and a bill for $44.85 I was only to be billed $4.95 for shipping and handling. I have tried to call this company for 3 days and have no luck getting through I think this is a scam and want a refund on my crdit card they have very specific return instructions and I feel I have to go out of my way to return products I did not authorize them to send and also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Can someone please help me on how to correct this messed up problem. Thank you very much

I ordered a free sample of there diet supplement. The shipping was suppose to be $1.oo I charged it on my credit card and THEY DELIVERED TWO ITEMS I NEVER ORDERED AND BILLED ME $44.85.
I tried to call them on the phone and spent over an hour waiting for someone to pick up. The music was okay but no one ever answered. This was 3 O'clock in the afternoon. I tried to contact them but to no avail. You cannot return the extra items that I received without RMA
Return Merchandise Authorization but you'll never receive it because no one answers there phone. It's a complete scam. I contacted my credit card company and was told that I would receive the complete credit for the $44.85. I was forced to cancel my existing credit card due to the fact that they will continue to send products I never ordered and bill me each month. I was through this lasty year and it took approximately a year to resolve it.

A representative from company disrupted my cancellation ordering, then tried to sell me some more of the product. When already i had advised the rep. that i was not intrested. Then asked the rep. if she had tried the product, still avoided the answer, just wante to sell me more product for cheap rate. Then advised rep. at the end of the conversation, would contact customer care for lack of info. Represenative name was "Kathy", not very good at communication skills, especially giving correct answer's!

I ordered a trial order for Acai Pure. The trail date was suppose to be 14 days from the date I recieved it. I ordered this product on 11/25/08 and did not recieve it until after Christmas! I was charged 39.95 from Acai Pure on January 5. The product was a diaretic pure and simple and it was awful. When I called to get a refund I was told that I was past the date and they would not give me a refund. After checking my bank statement I realized I had also been charged 59.00 for a Wellness Watch, 16.95 per month for a Prime Time Savings, and also 29.95 for fit-fac. After calling each of these numbers and waiting on hold for over ten minutes with each before finally being helped I was upset. I called Acai Pure back to tell them they needed to give me a full refund due to all the trouble I have experienced because of them plus the product was unsatisfactory- the girl on the phone would not give me a manager, then she told me she was a manager and she would not help me. I was lying about the date I recieved it and that she was not responsible and could not help me, then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to beware of this scam!

I ordered Acai Pure as a trial sample and was sent two other items and my credit card was charged $48.. I returned the two items that I did not purchase and asked for a refund. The next month I was sent another bottle of Acai Pure which I did not order and once again my credit card was charged $44.90. Because we recently moved, I did not receive the order within the time frame to return it, so I am stuck with the product and a charge to my credit card. I tried to contact Central Coast and was on hold for over an hour, the sales person I spoke to said that I could not return it but they would submit the paperwork to take my name off of the monthly mailing list, BUT they had already sent the next month's supply and to return that for a credit I would have to call back, when I am doing right now and it has been over 90 minutes, and they would provide me with the information to send the Acai Pure back. I thought it was only a trial sample. How do you get your money back and have them stop sending the stuff? HELP!

I ordered a "free sample" of this product a year ago and after receiving an email confirming my order noticed that there was small print at the bottom of the email stating that I had gotten a "free 30 day trial" of some kind of online fitness scam. I immediately called to say "whoa"...sent them an email, and then called again THAT VERY DAY to tell them I did not purchase this "service" that all I wanted to try was the Colotox. They subsequently charged my credit card $29.95 for some company called "Fit Factory". It took me weeks last year to get this fixed, in the meantime I paid interest on the amount because I wouldn't pay for something I didn't order. This year they "automatically renewed" the same thing I didn't order last year, from the same company, "Fit Factory." Didn't catch it the first month they billed because we were on vacation and my husband didn't go thru the bill. However, some very nice girl at a "billing warehouse"...after being firmly convinced that I would pursue it legally, cancelled both of the charges and gave me a refund/cancellation number. A couple words of advice...NEVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT HAS SEVERAL YEARS BEFORE EXPIRATION. NEVER BUY FROM CENTRAL COAST NUTRACEUTICALS OR THE BLOGGERS THAT CLAIM TO HAVE "FOUND THE PERFECT COMBINATION" of anything really. I learned a lesson from this and will not buy things through this company ever again. This is a huge scam, and I'm sure its not the only company doing it.

I ordered the acai pure free trial and received along with it some Hoodiburst gum and hoodiawater and got charged $41.85 when all I had agreed to was the free trial and mailing of $1.95. Then this week you took another $39.95 from my account. This is stealing. I have since closed the card you are using and have turned you into the fraud division of my bank so I suggest you do not try to take any more of my money. I am now asking you to put back the $39.95 you took. I will be sending back the gum and water supliments and will expect a refund for it as well. Please contact me at the # above and let me know when I can expect my refund.

I was in the Salon reading a magazine an ran accross this ad for Acai Pure: a cleansing/dietary suppliment, with this hige concentration of the Acai berry...so, I signed up for a trial offer, not a free offer. I had to pay the special, introductory fee via a credit or debit card. The trial size bottle came and the invoice only indicated the amount of the trial size bottle, a return address(in case you want to return the product), a customer service number(which is a waste of ink...no one ever answers, no matter what time you call), and the hours of supposed operation. There was no indication that additional monies would be charged using the credit or debit card previously used, in the magazine ad nor the invoice that came with the trial size bottle. Maybe the Central Coast Nutraceuticals Inc. thinks people will try it, get hooked on whatever's in the product and not notice they're them blind. MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED OVER $40.00 PRIOR TO MY OPENING MY TRIAL SIZE BOTTLE. THEY'RE UNREACHABLE BY PHONE. I FEEL LEGAL STEPS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO SHUT THEM DOWN. I ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT! THERE WAS NONE!

After signing up for a free trial on 11/3/08 for 2 products and paying the shipping charges that I agreed to pay within 14 days I was charged $38.95 and $39.95. I tried several times to call and was unsuccessfull because I did not want to stay on hold for 73 minutes. I finally got through and was able to cancel the membership and get a return authorization number #CL112608 for order numbers 1513572 and 1513648. Both products were sent back 1/25/08. I have not received my refund as of 1/2/09. I emailed the support site and requested more information. I received an answer this am stating they have not received the return and want the tracking # - at no time was I told to get a tracking #. This is such a scam! Can you do anything?

I ordered a free trial of Acai. Before I received this "free" product, I was charged $41.85 on my debit card. I called and complained that I did not authorize that charge and that I had never received the product, they assured me the product was shipped and removed $20.00 of that charge. I then received the product and cancelled my "membership". Six days after cancelling my membership, I was charged an additional $39.95. I did not receive any additional products and did not authorize this charge. When I called the 1-888 number, all I got was a recording. I also e-mail "support" and have not received a response. This activity is illegal and seems prevelant with this company.

In early November I took advantage of a free offer on the internet for Acai Pure which supposedly can be used to lose weight. The only cost was to be $4.95 shipping for which I used my American Express credit card. I never received the "free" item in question.

On Thursday, December 11th I received my most recent American Express statement and noticed the $44.85 charge which I immediately questioned because I had received nothing and I certainly DID NOT order anything for $44.85.

The very next day, on Friday, December 12th, I received a package from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. which contained three items along with a sales receipt. I was very upset at this company's way of doing such questionable business as I only ordered the "free" item and expected to only pay $4.95 for shipping.

The Customer Service section on the sales receipt indicates that the item may be returned for credit on my credit card less the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. I definitely DO NOT WANT these products and want to return them as soon as possible and I do not expect to pay the $4.95 shipping and I certainly WILL NOT pay a 15% restocking fee for something I did not order.

I am shocked at this company's deceitful business practice which to me border on fraud.

People, STOP CALLING ME! I am NOT part of Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.! I simply posted what my experience was with them.

I cannot understand why any of you, reading my posts, could possibly think that I am part of this company.

I have been bothered by multiple callers, who have come to the erroneous conclusion that I am part of this company. When I explain to these callers that I am a private individual, the callers then want my help in knowing how to get their money back, etc. Although I feel sorry for these individuals for being upset over their interactions with CCN, Inc., it is not my responsibility to take on others' concerns in any way.

This has become very intrusive on my private life, so PLEASE, as much as I feel for all of you who have had bad experiences with CCN, Inc., I can't help you. Once again, PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!

Thanks,
Carol

I, apparently like so many others, ordered a trial size of Acaipure, shipping cost $4.95. Acaipure was to be free. I rec'd the Acai but also with Hoodiburst gum and hoodiwater which I did not order or want. I did manage to reach them by phone and was told to return the gum and water to above address which I did on 10/20/08. I was billed $44.85 for this and requested that my credit card be credited this amount. Today I received a billing for my credit card for the amount fo $44.85. Please advise how I get this amount off my credit card or if I will be refunded the $44.85. Thank you.

I purchased a trial offer of ACAIPOWER for shipping cost and I did not read the small print. So they have charged me on my check card. That was my fault. I did try to call and cancel any future orders or charges but was on hold for more than a hour. I sent them a email to cancel but I am not sure that will work. This company has given my check card info to FIT FACTORY who has now charged me 29.95 for no service provided. I have been to other web sites were people are getting charged from both companies. I am going to file a complaint against fit factory also. The complaints on the other web site are recommending people to cancel there check card or credit cards as these companies will continue to charge you.

I registered a complaint earlier today. I have tried again to reach you by phone, without success. If I do not receive a RMA number soon either by phone or e-mail, we will be taking legal action. My husband is a lawyer, and we do not want all of these people to be taken advantage of. We will also be contacting the site where this was advertised, as I'm sure they would not want a disreputable organization on their site. If we still do not hear, I will be mailing all of this stuff back with a delivery confirmation and will expect prompt refund on my credit card. I still cannot believe I fell for such a scam.

I also am one of the many people who have been
dupped by this company's advertising. I applied
for the free sample and gave them my credit card
number for the S & H. I than received a bill on
my credit card for $44.85 in November and also
two charges for $39.95 and $44.90 in December.
Both of these charges are being invesigated by the
credit card company and will not be paid. I also
tried many times to reach them by phone and
after waiting for much longer than the time that
was reported I hung up.
.
I was told by a recording to use this site to cancel
my membership; which even though I ne ver
agreed to, I am now doing.
This company is operating such a scam and should
be reported to the Better Business Bureau both in
Az, where their telphone no. is and also to Fa. where
the Fulfillment Center is.
Pls. rsvp and assure me that I will not be bothered
with this again. I have returned the products
to the Fulfillment Center in Largo, FL. 33773

On 9/25/08 I made the mistake of ordering a FREE trial of Acai Pure from this company. With the order I also got 2 other products I did not order, and they charged my credit card $44.85 instead of the $4.95 shipping cost. I returned the package the next day after getting a "RMA" # from customer service @ [protected]. I wrote a letter and asked to be removed from the mailing list, and stated how disappointed I was with the service. The next month my credit card was charged $39.95, and I recieved nothing to even return. Two weeks later I recieved another credit card charge of $44.90, and got another delivery, which I sent back Certified Mail requiring a signature.
Through this I spent about 3 hours on hold at the 888 # trying to resolve the issue to no avail. I disputted the charges and my credit card company issued me temperary credit. Since then the ripoff company credited my account $67.02 out of the $129.70. They still owe me $62.68, and I was informed today I am out of like because I disputted the charges. This was told to me by a Central Coast rep. I talked to (after 33 minuted on hold) and he was RUDE and unprofessional to say the least. I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau.

This company has fraudulent practices. As a few others have noted, they advertise a 30 day free trial for shipping costs, but in very fine print, tell you that in 10 days, they will bill you for the regular price unless you return it! I sent e-mail to customer service stating that I did not want the product, then 5 months later, received a bill for the first bottle. No other communication! Now they will not take product back and are charging an additional $23 in fees! When I called customer service, they were rude, just kept saying PAY! (and the product did not work!)

This is a rebuttal to my initial complaint against Central Coast Nutraceuticals, discussing my feeling that I had been scammed in receiving two additional products that I did not knowingly order, nor realized that I would be signed up for the automatic monthly shipping of the same three products that one receives in the mail with the free trial bottle for their weight loss product, as well as having my original method of payment being billed monthly for these automatically shipped products.

I sent an email to the president of the company after posting my complaint, in which I expressed the same things that I stated in my first posting. Within a few days, I received a very nice phone call from one of this company's customer service representatives, for the purpose of clarifying the process by which Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc., transacts their business practices.

This customer service rep told me that there are boxes on the sign up screen, on which one orders the free trial bottle of their weight loss product. She explained to me that there are boxes somewhere on this screen in which one can uncheck the boxes that relate to one's being sent, automatically, the Hoodiawater and the Hoodiaburst gum, in addition to the free trial product, and a box to uncheck regarding the automatic monthly shipment/payment deduction from one's charge card or bank account.

I explained to this customer service rep that I did not see these boxes, nor the instructions that accompanied the boxes, and that was why I was so upset to receive products that I did not knowingly order. She was very nice to me, and she assured me that she would give me a full refund on all of the products, she would close my account to avoid further automatic monthly shipping of their products to me, and that she would not charge me the restocking fee.

Today, September 4, I received a phone call from the president of the company, to follow up on the call from the service rep. He was extremely nice, and he reviewed the entire ordering process with his company on the three products/initial offer for free trial, just as the customer service rep had done. He wanted to make certain that I did not have any further questions concerning my experience with them.

I could not have asked these two people to be any nicer to me, nor to do more for me than they have already done. I want to stress to anyone, who orders any products from this company, to research every offer, especially the free trial offer, to be able to make a well informed decision on whether to buy or not to buy, and to understand exactly what their policies/procedures are.

Carol Dixon.

I ordered a bottle of Acai Pure for the cost of shipping and handling of $4.95. They sent me the Acai Pure and Hoodiburst gum for $9.95 and Hoodiawater for $29.95 which I DID NOT order. When I called them they said I had ordered it. At the point I told them about all the complaints I had read about the company. Then they suggested that I keep all the products and just pay $20.00 for the order. When I declined that offer they said to send the products back and they would refund my charge card. I said I did not want to pay the 15% retocking fee because I did not order the other products and they said they would waive that fee.
We'll see if they live up to there bargain.

This is the second email I have sent you regarding the order of Acaipure. STOP DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT! The charge ($39.95) appearing on my credit card for 9/16/2008 needs to be reversed immediately. I asked for a free trial before and I was scammed by your company. Okay, fine... I will eat that one. BUT I never authorized continuing payment and you are violating my rights. If my charges are not reversed immediately, that is by COB on 9/22/08, I am calling my credit company and informing them of your scam. I will not pay for additional shipment or product period and that includes the one you billed me for on 9/16/08. I am very concerned about your marketing practices, but you should have listened to me when I complained the first time. I have contacted my attorney and am ready to pursue this further. DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. REVERSE THE CHARGES FOR 9/16/2008 by COB on 9/22/2008 or I'm reporting you as a scam company to my credit card.

Thank you for your immediate response. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN.

I ordered a trial product of acai and pomclear. Was only supposed to pay shipping and handling. Received other products that I didn't order and because I didn't read the very fine print (had to return in 15 days - but had to call the 888 number first) - was charged 44.95 twice. I called today to return the item and had to wait over an hour to get a live person on the phone. I forgot to get the RMA number - so now I have to start all over again.

What an idiot I am. I will never order anything on line again. This Acaci berry was advertised as a FREE TRIAL. You only pay S&H of $4.95. I have all paperwork/advertisement printed out and NOWHERE does it mention being billed $39.95 later. It was exactly 21 days later that this bogus charge came across my card. Which is now canceled. What is worse about this is they used Oprah Winfrey's show to endorse the product. ie: As seen on Oprah. I wonder what she would have to say about this? I have yet to reach anyone at the phone number provided. That's probably a scam also. If I get a huge phone bill over waiting for someone to answer; listen for a big explosion between VA and FL. (if that is truly where this company is!)

My complaint--again--is the same as hundreds --or thousands--of others. I received items I did not order and was charged $44.85. I cannot get through by phone and have not received a reply by mail. I am telling my credit card company not to validate any more charges from this scam company and am planning to notify the Better Business Bureau also. If I do not hear anything soon, I am mailing the stuff back anyway--without the RMA, and I better not receive any more items or charges from your company.

I ordered the Acai Pure as a trail offer only. I did not sign up for anything else. I was charged the $4.95 on 12/1/08 and then on 12/29/08 I was charged an additional $39.95. When I spoke to the customer service rep, he was rude. I only wanted to try the product, not be put into a program for additional products. I should have realized that this was not the true advertisement and should have just purchased the item from somewhere else. I want my name removed and no more products sent to me. I will be returning the product for a full refund. This to me is very false advertisement even though the customer service rep indicated that there was information on the site and sent with the package. No way because I would have never have purchased this item
