Centerpoint Service Plus — air conditioner
After waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone, I was told that we had to wait nine days for someone to come and take a look at our air conditioner. The temps inside the house is in the 90s and with the 100 degree weather we have been having, waiting nine (9) days is simply unacceptable especially when we are paying close to $45 per month for more than 12 years.
Can someone please explain this? If you cannot come sooner why not reimburse us if we call a private service or for our stay at a hotel?
Nine days, not one, not two or even a week, is this the dark ages?
