That introduction was made by alibaba.com for ice cube machines, where quotation was given by mr david of m/s censhine (shanghai) refrigeration enterprise no. 629 chenlong road song jiang against which we sent the confirmation and payment as well of usd $4750/-.

As we have been cheated by chinese people two times and now is the third time in line we have selected a supplier through alibaba china where he has given his import and export licenses after that we remitted the money and against which he didn't send us goods yet. for which I hold email trails and confirmation of the payment from their side (censhine ice system).
I was scammed by a company named, censhine (shanghai) refrigeration enterprise no. 629 chenlong road song jiang now the stage is I need to address this case legally where I hold every document to prove my purchase. I cannot wait for more time as I expect justice from you and my last hope as well, that you will take strict and oblige action for the same.
The same happened to me! I also got scammed by Mr David Fan. I bought ice machines from him and after payment he just disappeared and just ignored my emails! After I lodged a dispute through Alibaba against Mr David Fan I eventually got hold of him. Then he sent me completely the wrong machines (5 x small ice machines). When the machines arrived in South Africa, I contacted him to let him know he sent me the wrong machines, he just denied it. He said he doesn't know because he sent me the correct machines which he lied! At the end I had to sign of the receiving of the machines, otherwise I would have be left with NOTHING! Don't ever do business with this guy! I lost about one hundred thousand rand. Is their any way to retrieve this money from a scamster like this?
The same thing happened to me. It's been over one year now and David Fan of CenShine (Shanghai) has blocked my messages and emails as well as the shipping company that I had to choose bc he refused to ship my equipment after I had already paid him in full for the machines and the shipping. Do yourself a favor and avoid CenShine and David Fan like the plague. Rude, arrogant their, is what he is!

Never agree to remit money to a bank account in Hong Kong or outside Mainland China when buying from a company located in Mainland China. The scammers will always ask you to remit money to an account outside the mainland. Always insists to receive a copy of the business license, bank account certificate and foreign trade operator record and verify the information is genuine with the help from somebody that knows Chinese.
