Cellular Mart/ Mtero Pcs / poor service
I bought a phone from this company and have recieved the worst customer service that I have ever recieved from anyone. First I was lied to about my phone and it's options. Then metro pcs keeps adding services without my permission. It's the 16th of the month and I am already recieving reminders tyo pay my bill on the 8th of next month. Isn't that a little eartly? My bill jumped $2.00 and metro pcs said I was always underpaying my bill. Yet I have been paying the same amount for a year. When you call cellular mart you never can get anyone to answer the phone...the same with metro pcs.. you can never get to an agent thru their computer automated person... I hate cellular mart and metro pcs at this point. Try to email metro pcs thru it's website...not an option...!!!
