Cellular Abroad / Defective sim cards

I purchased two sim cards from Cellular Abroad, neither of which worked. I contacted the company by both phone and email to inform them and ask for reimbursement or credit on a future purchase and received no response. I then sent them the defective cards with documentation of purchase and description of the problem. After over 8 months, again II have had no response.

We take customer service very seriously at Cellular Abroad. Our customer service center is available 24/7 so I do not understand the "no response" claim. Please email our customer service supervisor at with pertinent information about your order (your name, order number if possible) in order to properly look into your claim.
