Cellular Abroad / Defective sim cards

I purchased two sim cards from Cellular Abroad, neither of which worked. I contacted the company by both phone and email to inform them and ask for reimbursement or credit on a future purchase and received no response. I then sent them the defective cards with documentation of purchase and description of the problem. After over 8 months, again II have had no response.

We take customer service very seriously at Cellular Abroad. Our customer service center is available 24/7 so I do not understand the "no response" claim. Please email our customer service supervisor at wendy@cellularabroad.com with pertinent information about your order (your name, order number if possible) in order to properly look into your claim.
