Cell.c / upgrade
I have been a contract holder with cell c for years.
I recently did my upgrade.
I received my phone and not even two weeks later had to send the phone in for repairs, as i could not hear a word when people phoned me.
I sent the phone in only to be told that my screen protector would be broken and the terms and conditions say that this will be my damage not cell c's .
The phone was sent in and parts had to be replaced on my 'new phone' which i was already not happy about and the consultant at cell c could not even tell me what the issue was.
Never the less my screen protector was broken and i was politely informed that this is my problem.
I would understand if the repair was due to a incident on my part, but for me be have to buy a new screen protector because of a faulty phone i was supplied by cell c - seems like really bad customer service to me.
It may not be a pricey item but its the principal of the matter that i am upset about.
