So, I kept typing random things, over 1000 characters, and it still said my question was too short. It is clear that they do not want you to contact them because they know it's a scam.

By the way, I went to several computer engineers, and they all confirmed to me that it's a scam. They all said the files they sent that need to be transferred to the phone are not for any kind of smartphones as they lied in the user manual when they said they gave us files for all types of phones (old phones and smartphones like iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android). All files, if both old and new phones, are all just for Nokia!
