[Resolved] Cell C / refund not received for two months

Hi, My name is Veronica and I have a contract with the abovementioned service provider. When upgrading my contract about two months ago (which was successful) however, funds were debited from my account (in error) and since then I have been calling the service provider and been taken from pillar to post with no positive assistance. Every time I contact them I receive a different call center agent with different answers and different reference numbers. I need my funds returned to my account as this is really frustrating and incompetent from a big brand as CELL C.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
