Someone in KZN opened an account in my names and am from Limpopo. I submitted MY ID copy and my affidavit from Savannah mall In limpopo where am staying and working. I have not heard anything from you. Cell C outlet in Savannah mall sent the documents in my present. I have never been to KZN and am a Government employee not Transnet as alleged in that fraudulent document or contract. I was promised to be contacted in due course, but nothing up to date. Resolution statement

Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
