[Resolved] Cell Cfiber

I have never received such bad service in my life!!!
I have been asking Johannes Bekker (Broadband Sales Consultant
Cnr Maxwell Dr. & Pretoria Main Rd. Buccleuch, Johannesburg) & Ashleigh Minne (Broadband Administration Support Cnr Maxwell Dr. & Pretoria Main Rd. Buccleuch, Johannesburg) for assistance to changing my account details since 12 October 2016, it has still not been done.

If the account bounce next month and the payment doesn't get paid I will not be taking responsibility for the penalties as I have been asking to get the changes made for months now.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
