[Resolved] Cell C / c surance

I am struggling for a month and one day today to get my claim approved. I have waisted so many time and effort on these guys. You can phone whenever there is no answer. You can send as many e-mails as you want to, they do not get back to you!!

After being a cell c member for 5 years this is the service you get???

They just take your money, but when it comes to assistance there is nothing!!!

This is unacceptable

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
