This Breeder sold across State lines a Giardia-infected and highly contagious stool-eating puppy that had failed to gain weight, after being born in a litter where there was litter loss, all a clear sign of medical problems that were either ignored or overlooked by this RN/breeder who frequently shows Chihuahuas in AKC shows, yet behaves as documented below. She took $1500 in payment for the non-disclosed sick, contagious, stool-eating puppy via Paypal, and then sent an "Adoption Contract" demanding the purchasers sign it AFTER they had received the infected pup. She screamed obscenities at the purchasers when they objected to being asked to sign an "Adoption Contract" for the sale of the puppy instead of a Sales Contract. The "Adoption Contract" claimed Nurse Cecilia Bozzo’s "vets" had apparently cleared the low weight, stool-eating, and infected puppy, but provided no proof of that, and the puppy was clearly documented to be infected with Giardia when the purchasers received it. No breeder support was provided to the purchasers, who instead were abused by Cecilia Bozzo with her screaming of obscenities on or about February 8, 2016. The verbally abused purchasers lacking disclosure, education, and support from breeder-RN Cecilia Bozzo therefore ignorantly failed to understand that they needed to protect their other dogs at home from contagion, plus themselves and others, from being infected with Giardia. Giardia may be transmitted to humans as well as between dogs. The purchasers' later discovered that Giardia had also infected their other dog who also began disgustingly eating stools, after it became infected from Cecilia Bozzo's pup with Giardia. The purchasers had had no idea how to disinfect their home and protect their other dogs from the infected, contagious, stool-eating puppy whose medical issues with Giardia were not disclosed when it was sold by Cecilia Bozzo. Once Giardia is spread throughout a home without disinfection and gets into a home with multiple dogs, it tends to stay - permanently. Please make your own determination about what you think of such a sad and disgusting state of affairs. Caveat emptor, and beware - all that glitters is not gold. Nurses take a Florence Nightingale Oath, and are expected to be experts in infection control in hospitals. Should this RN be able to keep her license to work in her hospital without investigation and continuing monitoring and supervision of what occurs in her Chihuahua breeding and dog showing activities that created this disgusting situation that also created a danger to public health in another state, and may be carried over into her work as a nurse in Delaware?

It is my understanding, from the purchaser of the puppy, that the puppy that was raised by Tracy Beman was never in fact ill. The puppy that was ill was purchased from another breeder. Anita is knowingly posting false information in an attempt to slander people.

I have contacted this site multiple times and offered then the truth. They marked the complaint as RESOLVED. This is NOT resolved it is a FALSE accusation by a disturbed physician who practices PSYCHIATRY in New England. Legal Action will be taken. I have emails from the woman who purchased the puppy stating how happy she is with the puppy. The litter was NOT raised in my home to begin with. BEWARE when reading complaints on this site as they are potentially FALSE

The person who posted this complaint is not the person who purchased the puppy, hence this site should be liable for knowingly allowing third party defamatory complaints to be posted on this site. The puppy was sold by Ceci to the pet buyer, although the puppy was never at her house or cared for by her. The breeder who leased the [censor] and raised this puppy, Tracy Beman, is responsible for the puppy having giardia and for not notifying Ceci when the puppy buyer let her know the puppy was sick so that she could intervene and make sure the puppy was treated. The puppy buyer knew who she purchased the dog from and should have also contacted Ceci to let her know, however it is obvious that Tracy Beman was attempting to cover up the fact that the puppy was sick. The buyer has since been contacted and the puppy is fine and she has no issue with Ceci. I have been to Ceci's house and seen her dogs in person and know for a fact that her home is clean and her dogs are well cared for. I had one of my dogs stay there and she came home in good health and had no parasites. I find it a real shame that this type of nonsense can be posted without confirmation of any sort.

The person who posted this false accusation is a physician named Anita Lopker.. A Psychiatrist in New England. I contacted the purchaser of the puppy today. She didn't know of this complaint and stated the puppy has happy, healthy and loved. This type of post is slanderous and legal action will be taken.

Anita Lopker MD posted this ‘Complaint.’ She is a a Psychiatrist in New England. I spoke to the purchaser of the puppy and she reported the puppy remains happy, healthy and loved. She had nothing to do with this complaint. I will take legal action if this false complaint is not removed.

The mother of the puppies was leased to another breeder. The puppies were born and raised in her home. She is a reputable breeder and works for a Veterinarian. The puppies were cleared. The puppy lost in the litter was stuck in birth canal. The mother was delivered by c-section and the other puppies were healthy. There has been no cases of Giardia in my home or the home where the puppies were raised. I never met the purchaser. All interactions were handled by the person who raised the litter. The person who submitted this complaint will face legal action.
