plain and simple... I paid for merchandise that I never received and when asking for a refund, sure they promised it, but no follow through! I have been calling BLUEHippo, LLC. for 5 ths after they promised my refund. They will not let you talk to a supervisor or manager, when asked why, they said, "They don't receive phone calls, they won't take them, they are still reviewin your case and they will mail your refund as soon as possible." Yeah, well it's been 5 mths and management is still reviewing!! I will not stop at this I am filing a formal complain and calling my attorney!
