Cebu Pacific / problem with ticket booking online


Good day... I am complaining as to what I have experience in your online booking and in fact I have tried to contact your booking agents but is of no good. The experience was that I booked in your promo but transaction said on net that something went wrong so I thought that I had not avail it... So I tried to book again and same thing says something went wrong... Now I was surprise as to my bookings had been confirmed and it was a triple booking and your booking agents says it can't be cancenlled and I have to pay for it... Is this how you care for your customers??? Hope you would give some feedback... Thanks!
