CDROM USA / Bad customer service

They sold me the DVD version of a game which only had the #1 CDROM in it. Easy mistake to make. But when I contacted them about it they would not resolve the problem, first telling me they didn't make the mistake, insulting my intelligence by claiming I didn't know the difference between a CDROM and a DVDROM, after that they ignored my emails.

    They ripped me off too. First they told me I had to wait over a month to file a request for refund because the software I ordered didn't arrive and then they told me I waited to long to make the claim.

    Check them out on Amazon, they have a ridiculously high 3% negative rating. That Amazon would carry them is shameful.
