On july 08, 2022, purchased a dvd, received it on july 16, 2022. Does not play!!
On July 08, 2022, purchased an Adult DVD, Order ID: [protected]. DVD was Shipped on July 12, 2022, and Received DVD on July 16, 2022. Shipment tracking #92748999983813513019512895.
Desired outcome: Charged my Visa Credit Card for $20.17 on July 12, 2022. "Please Refund". Your prompt response will be fully appreciated. Senior Citizen (77 years young) and a Disabled Veteran, former U.S. Marine.

My credit card was charged for a purchase that was back ordered. I canceled the order and can't seem to be refuned by CD Universe. Was told the refund happend, but have not seen it yet. Beware of this company very sneaky business!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
To make sure you get your refund so Cd Universe Can't BS you any more, as long ads it has been 30 days since you made your Credit Card Purchase, Call your Credit Card Companies Dispute Resolution Dept. & get them to start an Action to retrieve your Funds due to a Failure to deliver by the Vendor after 30 days.

I have bought many CDs from them and have never had a problem. Their website is so easy to use and it is great to type in an artist's name and to see everything that they are on (even compilations). Note that their website has matured quite a bit the past year. Before a year ago, I would have bought my CDs elsewhere.
Bad service
Horrible service! I ordered a computer game to be shipped as a gift to a friend overseas and paid for 'express' shipping. Got a confirmation email but then CD Universe decided to hold my order for phone validation of the address WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Found out about this weeks later when I called the friend and discovered he had not received his gift. Called CD Universe and was promised that the item would ship out the next day. THREE WEEKS later it has still not shipped.
It is now a month and a half since I originally placed the order. I give up. I have bought another copy of the game from a different merchant and will never use CD Universe again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
