This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I called last week and talked to a agent and told him that I did not want the plan or the card and he insisted that the service would benefit me and told me that he send me a catalog on the merchandise and I never received it. I did not want the card and tried to cancel several times. If they try to send anything to my bank I'm going to contact an attorney.

Couldn't agree more with the accusation CCS is fraudulent. It's nearly a year after the last comment posted here - but they're still going strong.

After receiving my cancellation letter in a timely manner, they ignored it & just helped themselves to $298 out of my checking account. Before I cancelled, they informed me they'd be taking $99.99 from me on 4/1/08, but decided to take triple that amount.

I found a 1988 court ruling against them in Nevada & intend to take my case to the AG there as well as in my home state.

Any one care to join me? We could put together a class action suit & get our money back just like folks had to do twenty years ago.

If you've been effected, too, & still have all your paperwork to prove your case, email me please: konastanzi@yahoo.com

It says its mastercard - but after all the complaints about similar names - I'm afraid to apply
Is it the same company in omaha ?

I have to agree... as soon as the man talked me into it I went to the grocery store and tried to use my bank card. Well it was denied! I called the bank and they said I authorized a payment of $199.99! that was all the money I had left! I immediately told them to stop pmt and thankfully they did!

I tried to work for CCS and couldn't stomach the idea of taking over $500.00 from a person who couldn't afford it. Once you get the cking acount info then it's a done deal. If the person wants to cancel or hangs up, the they are screwed. They have to call in and cancel on their own. IT'S A SCAM... DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY REASON AND DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO.

It sounds reasonable to go to an attorney, but read the fine print that you signed up for because the contract you agreed to is the contract you will be held to. They should cancel immediately because that is good customer service and if they want to stop getting horrible reviews then they will do something to improve their business ethic. As to the employee who commented (Arryianna) , I don't know how you can work for this credit card company and have any decent morals what-so-ever, so no one should listen to you.

I work for the company and i have to deal with people like you all the time. There is no visa or mastercard logo on the card there fore it is not real. If you are so smart then read the fine print you ###. You can cancel at anytime but as employees we have to try to get you to keep the damn thing. But all fees are final so whatever you signed up for is what you have to pay. Oh and if you didn't get your catalog it was prob because you ain't got no money in your account... Lol so how can you afford an attorney. We send the catalog when you pay dumb dumb. Everything is in in black and white in the approval/scam letter lol so if you was smart enough to read then you prob wouldn't of activated your card. Learn to read!

I agree with the plaintiff they sound like they don't have their stuff together and they probably are a rip -off. If people want to cancel their service, they should do as told and not try to prolong it hoping to get that person's business or get a commission on that person.
