I had received your product and cancelled it after I received my credit card statement and showed how much it cost. I was told that I had the 14 days only for a trial period. I ended up paying the bill but I had cancelled it. I was told later that they show I called but didn't cancel the product and sent me more product. As soon as I received it I sent it back with a letter to credit my charge card. I know they received the product I had sent back because I had it tracked thru the postal service. They received it over 2 weeks ago and so far no credit has been posted to my account. I would like that to happen now. I have been on hold for over twenty-five minutes to talk to someone about this and so far no one has answered. This number is a joke.
