illegal withdrawal from my cking acct.
I was shocked to find that this company had withdraw from my almost overdrawn checking acct. I have never ordered from this company and never will now. I demand that my funds be reimbursed immediately. This is a real HARDSHIP for a person on Social Security. If I do not hear from them this will go to the better business bureau and hopefully close them down. Carole Hilton

UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAW
FOUND A UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAW FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR A COMPANY CALLED CCD JEWELRY. DID BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE PAST BUT NEVER GAVE THE RIGHT FOR THEM TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT FOR THEIR USE.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint and i must advise you to contact your bank, and dispute the UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL, i'm sure with an investigation by your bank your money will be refunded to you, then i'm also going to suggest to you to contact the jeweler and inform them THAT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO WITHDRAW ANY FUNDS FROM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, THAT IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN YOU WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT BY TAKING AGAINST THEM IN THEIR OWN CITY OR STATE.

DIVADIAMONDS.net took my order for a wedding band, cancelled my order because the shipping and billing address were different! Now they will not ship my merchandise or credit my account... after multiple emails and phone calls, I have decide that this is a scamming company and even the number listed to contact the company who withdrew my funds (listed in my banking account with the withdrawal) is a personal phone number not a business.
