After waiting until 8:20 I called for another ETA. The rep placed me on hold and then later replied that the means to check the car whereabouts was not working. So she put me on hold again to ask the dispatcher. The dispatcher was not answering. Needless to say, after 50 minutes waiting I had to find another means of transportation to get my dialysis treatment.
