Manager is clearly unqualified to hold this position
If I was the owner of Spreckels building
I would break contract immediately!

A number of emails were sent to the building office manager complaining about the 2nd floor womens restroom door which has been ignored. The handicap button to open the door does not work and the door is very hard to open. At times it closes on you upon exiting.
