I contacted CBazaar prior to ordering my 7 bridesmaid outfits to absolutely make sure that there were AT LEAST 7 sarees available. They contacted me very promptly and let me know that there were plenty of sarees left and to contact them with any problems/concerns. I felt like I was in good hands. I had all of my girls order the sarees and one of the girls had an issue with the website freezing when she entered payment information. She realized her order never went through and the website immediately said the saree was sold out. She and I both contacted customer service asking for advice on what to do and received an email asking for a tracking number. We very politely let them know there was no tracking number as the order did not go through and never heard from them again. I explained that this is for my wedding and it is important for my bridesmaids to have the same saree, but I guess this business does NOT care about their customers enough to respond. They have made this experience SO stressful for me. Needless to say, I will never ever do business with CBazaar again as I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. A great looking website and reasonable prices will only get you so far. I am warning everyone I know about this scam of a business they run.

I ordered a saree on 10 may and received my oreder on 2 june which is too late i think .th product i received is of extremly poor quality . they charged me 5, 126 inr . the quality of product is not even worth of 500 inr, they claim it silk but it not even near to silk . the customer care service is very bad, they do not reply until you email them several times .their customer care number doesn't work . i request a return of the product for which they saying will deduct 25 % of product cost and the delivery charge should be paid by me. no online shopping website deduct this much amount and delivery charge from customer . this website is a complete scam and they are grabbing hard earn money of others by making people fool .its a complete scam . please be alert don't buy anything from this website Cbazaar.com.
i am going to complaint further high of this scam but till then i thought of sharing it here so that others can be save .

I ordered an item for a wedding which was 3 weeks away. It was ready to ship in 1 day. So i thought maximum 5 days it will ship. nope, 3 weeks later, the wedding came, I ran out last minute to buy something. Then 2 days after event, I called to complain. They heard nothing of it.. its been dispatched already mam. Miraculously the item appeared on the eve of the complaint.
I've placed a complaint with BBB as they are fraud and are stealing customer's money. If you promise delivery by date, that is expected. You can do business like that in India maybe... US is a whole other ball game.

Why do I have to query every month regarding my orders which I received 2 of the three items 1 in January and 1 in February which I had ordered in November 2015 . your customer service is -10 out of 10. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied because after my first query you should have ensured I received my items but after 10 queries you still continue with this pathetic service. First time I have encounted such poor service delivery and its going to be the last. I am going to make my dissatisfaction publicly known and quality is so inferior.I strongly advise everybody to stop purchasing from www.cbazaar.com. I got a much better service from from Sareez, Utsav, Bharathplaza etc and the delivery time is so prompt and their products are of much superior quality and good prices. According to your promise dispatch dates were in December 2015. 3 months later in 2016 i still did not receive my items. Please make this urgent!

You don't ever compensate for this and I bought these products on discount but you keep putting the normal pricing and customs has charged me 3 times more than the outfit cost. Please just send my outfit and don't ask me about customs. JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR.

I ordered suits from c bazaar.they had buy 2 get 3 deal.when I make a payment, they automatically removed one suit from my cart after the payment. I was about to get 2 suits free bub they gave me only one suit.i complaint to their customer service. They said, no maim its your fault. I said I will cancel the order, they said you can't do that. They are all fraud people.

I ordered 3 suits a last week, One of the suits stated that it will delivered in a couple of days, . The only reason I bought that suit was because I wanted to wear a new suit on diwali, but when I had paid for the total order, I got a message stating the order will be delivered together on 1st Nov. I was disappointed and felt cheated as the delivery date changed after the payment. when i contacted the customer service, I was asked to pay $12 for early shipping. I declined the offer and advised them that I wasn't happy with their response, but they that was the best they could do. Then the order was delayed and it wasn't shipped until 4th Nov. When contacted, they advised that they will send me one suit which was ready and will ship the rest later (they could have done it before when I asked).. anywayz I never received the product. The other two suits which were shipped later, were delivered today and I am furious at the quality of the stitching and cloth. I order the length to be 44" and the length they made is 49" and 50".. NOT EVEN CLOSER. there were no hooks on the pajamis for the suits, and the suits were full of loose thread. I paid over $350 for 3 suits and got crapping product after waiting for over a month. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL WRITE ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE ON EVERY POSSIBLE FORUM.

Review of Cbazaar Online Shopping Indian Boutique In UK from 19 November 2012

Cbazaar is another name of compnay, who do not know anything about customer service, commitments and hardly bothers about sentiments of their cutomers.
I orderd a suite to give as diwali present to my wife.On website it was metioned that its ready to ship and I should be receiving it by 6th of November but till 11th nov did not recive it. I called them and then they promised me that I will be receiving it by with in 3-4days but nothing happend, i called them again on 15th and they said they will dispatch it by coming monday i.e by 19th November. I asked for the refund after a heated conversation and they sent me a mail to confirm my refund, which I should be getting in 3-4days.Later that eveing someone called me from Cbazaar and asked if they disptach my order by tomorrow and promised me that I will recive the stuff by 19th november monday. I agreed and ask them to send it to me.But when i called them on monday I GOT THE SAME REPLY THAT "They are sorry for inconvienence and there is some delay in production depratment and they will dispatch in next 3-4days".They taught me in last 3 conversation with them that NO ONE CAN BELIVE on their commitments and I am not even sure I will get the same thing that I ordered.As i have seen lots of reviews mentioning that many customers had been mis-sold by Cbazaar...Today I have again asked them to refund my money, though the customer service executive on other end agreed to refund, but I am not sure how many decades they will take it to refund.
I suggest to everyone Not to buy anything from Cbazaae, they are not just fooling around customers but bringing bad name to companies from Indian origin...Shame on CBAZAAR AND PEOPLE WHO ARE MANGING IT.

I bought ONE saree from cbazaar, and they sent TWO. They charged for TWO. I returned the saree like they told me too, and I payed for the shipping cost. The amount they owe me is $63.10. For like one month, I have contacted them by calling/e-mails/chatting. They always say that they will fix the problem tomorrow, but they never do. Okay, SO THEN, 1 MONTH later, the gave me a gift voucher. Guess how much they gave me... Not $60... $40. Alright fine, it's whatever you know? So i bought a bangle from them which together with shipping and everything is $43. SO i ordered over the phone, and 1 lady toke money from my credit card, I let her, because I already lost $20 from them, $3 won't hurt. Haha, you want to hear something funny? They toke that money too :) My story doesn't end there... They gave me a gift voucher for $61 dollars, I was really happy ! BUT THEN, i went to buy something, and the gift voucher had " technical difficulties". It's pretty funny actually because they don't have these "technical difficulties" when they take the money, but the do have these "difficulties" when they are supposed to return my money. So here you go I got robbed of $66 dollars from Cbazaar...

All my orders with cbazaar got delivered promptly. You cannot call on availability of products as scam. This is not fair. As a business things can go out of stock. I have many times spoken with cbazaar on live chat. I suggest you approach roopa. Thnx. Laila.

Basically many items run out of stock fast however in case of special orders cbazaar always helps the customers with best choices. I suggest you escalate this to roopa@cbazaar.com as she helps customers very fast.
