Cbazaar Great Indian online boutique

Had such a fun and great time shopping at Cbazaar!
Pros:
Great online site - collection, custom design with Ethnovogur and deals
great customer service after the order had been placed - clear communication by Cbazaar team
quality products and stitching/tailoring
Cons -
As exciting as it is to get customize with Ethnovogue, Pay attention to details and expect the end product be different than your imagination. For perfect fit, you might want to pay extra for custom stitching, instead of ready size. My blouse sleeves needed to be altered. But the chest fit well.

Cbazaar My first order

I am a white Canadian and I have an Indian wedding to go to. I don't know much about sarees, to be honest, I just know that sarees in the ethnic stores here cost about 450$ and the internet sarees from India cost much less.
My Indian girlfriend told me georgette saree is the good type of saree so I got the georgette. I just didn't realize the blue part might be chiffon, which is still fine but something slightly thicker maybe would look a little better on the bottom part but then it is summer here so Chiffon might be just perfect for the weather.
The company though is amazing. They sent about 8-10 e-mails in total informing me about the status of the order and where my saree is as well as they were quicker than my courier to inform me about what's going on with my saree once it reached Vancouver. You guys are very hard workers I would really like to thank you for sending me the saree I ordered exactly as I ordered and on time and for being this on dot with e-mails. Thank you :)

Cbazaar I ordered a garment sized "4 yrs" and received a garment

I ordered a garment sized "4 yrs" and received a garment that would not fit a child younger than 9 years old. I was treated as if the incorrect size was my fault. I sent my daughter's measurements and asked for confirmation of what size I should order. After a 16 day delay, I was told that they could not tell me a size to order, but that I should select garments at random for them to measure. I did so, and after a further week of delays was told a number of garments that I could order, but not WHAT SIZE to order. When I asked again for a size, I was given a size that did not match the information on the website and that was not available for any of the garments I was told would fit. I then made the request as simple as possible, and asked for confirmation that a specific garment would fit my daughter if I ordered it in a specific size. I waited more than a week and requested this information more than three times. I was ignored each time, even though I repeatedly informed staff that I was almost out of time to order the garment before the wedding where my daughter was to wear it. All of the staff was slow and incompetent. After a month of wasted time and effort, I had no choice but to order a garment from another site.

In addition, I was told that I would receive a full refund for my purchase, including shipping. I was also told I would receive a gift voucher for the $10 I spent returning the improperly sized garment. However, once the garment was returned, I was told I would only be refunded a portion of the price and none of the shipping. When I reminded staff that I had been promised a full refund, and received a new email promising a gift voucher for the price of the garment and part of the shipping. I was forced to take the dispute to my credit card company.

I have never had a worse customer service experience.

Cbazaar refund

I am writing my experience with cbazaar, they are very quick taking your money but when u ask for refund. They refused too. It's had been five month, they owe me around £300 plus postage which was £80. Please do not buy anything from them. I have put photo of postage. And they still keep ask for my proof well here is proof. I have email them Lloyd of time send them photo of postage. And they can't find the items I have send back, they probley gave me wrong address so they can say the haven't received any item. They keep ring asking them to leave good review and than they will refund. Fat chance of that.

Cbazaar two pant suits

I would give them a negative rating if I could. They sent me two pant suits - one I couldn't zip up and I had given them my correct measurements. The second was just pieces of fabric that were never sewn together. I wish I could show pictures. I ordered both pant suits for a wedding and the wedding has come and gone. Here is the email they sent me in regards to my request for a refund:

We would like to inform that all our products get shipped after a double quality check process and regret to see that it has surpassed in your order, Considering the cost and time involved in returning the product, we kindly request you retain the same by altering it locally and we will provide the alteration cost in the form of a store credit which can be used for your future purchase.

This is an unacceptable response. I've been patient and kindly requested a full refund and they tell me I need to get the pant suits altered locally and they will repay me in store credit. How is that a value to me? Not to mention, the wedding had already come and gone and I don't intend to wear the pant suits in the future.

I've also had several other friends who received pant suits they were unable to fit into. Cbazaar's quality is clearly inconsistent and their customer service is not professional. They don't seem to care about their customers.

Cbazaar Do not buy from Cbazaar!

Ordered a suit from this website www.cbazaar.com and when it arrived it was poorly packaged and was covered with dirt! I contacted them right away and sent them pictures of the suit. I thought they'll offer me a replacement or at least something, but they said that was only dirt and I can wash it! Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is this? I demanded my money back but these scammers claimed that there was no reason for them to refund me. Terrible site and service! Do not buy from Cbazaar!

Cbazaar Service

I ordered 2 saree on 19th August 2016.
I was told you will receive the order in 7 working days.once the order was places it showed the delivery date as 14th sept and now to top it up the two customer service excutive named Senthil and Vasudevan tell me you pay 20 $ and we will get it delivered.
Rubbish then why do you give free shipping promotions.
Next whenever you call these money monster or jug heads they will keep you on hold or have no answer than money.
Finally got thru someone called Habib as customer delight who could solve all my queries.
So guys you know when it is Senthil or Vasudevan as customer executives just bang the phone down.

I have been a regular client and was always a happy customer but your two executives Senthil and Vasudevan have disgusted me to the core.

Never order anything till these guys are there in your service.

Cbazaar Terrible experience!

It took them over three months to deliver my order!
I have ordered something from Cbazaar and later found out that my item was no longer in stock. They promised it as soon as they'll get it and said that I need to wait extra few weeks. I was ok with that, but the whole thing took them three months!
I tried to cancel my order many times and heard only "no"! I wanted to order from another place but I needed Cbazaar to return my money!
What a terrible experience!

I got 2 outfits from cbazzar one was Priyanka chopra dress green color when I got it was horrible stitching threads hanging everywhere the pant was what was in the picture the shirt was not same style as the picture horrible I am sure that is not something Priyanka chopra will where. the second outfit the material was soo cheap and the stitching was poor also the measurements were off on that too poor quality chunnies looks like they were from the flea market very very cheap stuff for the price paid I expect more from a company I will never order anything again

Cbazaar Got the wrong order

date of the incident: 4 november 2015 shipment reference: [protected] I received my 12 orders but when I opened to see them, one of them wasn't what I ordered(the picture in the attachment) instead I got another georgette saree, green with some golden bronze patterns. You mixed the order because the tracking number of the product I got was actually of the one I wanted instead. I can't find a picture for the one I have with me now. Cbazaar Unethical and company based on false promises

I wanted to share my experience with all people who possibly thinking of doing business with Cbazaar. If you wanted to order Indian dresses instead of going to your nearest store, rethink and may be think or alternative options
1. We ordered my wife's dresses for an occasion on 13th of June 2015. I called up the support team immediately after placing the order and mentioned that we need this by 25th of June as we will be out of town and we want this for the occasion.
2. Customer service comes back and says we can do it on 26th June 2015 (guy named Vishnu) as the production will be completed on 20th June, 2015.
3. I mentioned that we are willing pay for expedited shipping. As sweet talkers, they say no we don't charge our customer extra and will take care of the order ("you will receive the order on 25th June 2015 - confirmed by Prasanna the supervisor")
4. Days went by and no email exchange. Your first guess everything is going good and things are in order. So my wife send’s an email to find the status of the shipment as it was 22nd June 2015. This is irrelevant response we get

5. I call up the support and first speak to Vishnu who says there has been a minor production delay and we will update you in a day or two. Then I escalated and speak to Xavier. Interestingly the same story and the big good English word "SORRY".
It does not stop there, he says give me a day or two to confirm and get you an update. It is in quality check and we will ship it (not even bothered to think that today is 23rd and we need it in US on 25th). I had to remind him that today is 23rd and I was promised a delivery on 25th. Unbelievable they don’t do their homework either, before talking to a customer.
It is absolutely frustrating that we wasted 10 days and not going to the local store for the dress. I recommendation
1. Drive and visit local store business to get your products. They may be expensive, but you will have a peace of mind.
2. These guys are sweet talker and make false promises.

Not sure if the management even cares or just minting money via poor customers. I have asked them to cancel my order and I hope to never do business with such non customer friendly company

Cbazaar Not delivering and not responding

Very bad experience with them. I ordered some readymade clothing from them' but they not delivering on time and after long period. I send many email and I try to call them, but they will not lift the call or automatic enswer machine will hold the phone calls.
I request them to cancell my order and send my money back to me, but there are no any reply or responds.
Last year also I face the same problem with them' but finally after lot of tełephone and mail conversation I got the item.

This is last and final order with this stupid cheating company"

Cbazaar DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ORDERING

this is the worst company ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. customer service is absolutely horrendous and responds only by saying "im sorry to hear that, we will try our best". its almost as if they have preset responses and they just dont answer your questions. very insensitive.
i ordered clothes for eid which should have been dispatched on july 25 and reached me by aug 2 at the latest (if they are being honest about their 3-5 days shipping promise). of course its aug 2 and my dresses are still "under production".
today when i spoke to the customer service person, she said "You can wait for the order to receive at an alternate date". what the hell? no i wont wait for an alternate date. she said that after I said that its an eid (aug 8) order. what good are these clothes if im receiving them AFTER the event?
before i even placed my order, i spoke to a customer service associate to make sure that i will recieve the clothes before eid. of course she promised that it "would be delivered very soon because its an eid order".

they advertise their website on indian channels 24/7. im assuming they took too many orders and are struggling to keep up. thats their problem though, not the customers.
dont make promises if you cant keep them.

never again. just dont waste your time on these people.

Cbazaar CBazaar.in : Worst Online Dress Shopping Site

I Purchased a pleated Saree on 18th October 2012, which i received on 05 Nov 2012. Unfortunately that product i think they made by waste material. iam Not satified with that product and returned Nov 7th. They recevied within one week. and CBazaar Contact peroson told me refund money will credit in 48 hours. unfortunately already 20 days ago still they didnt credit back my money. I contacted today also now they are tell they will sent gift voucher. I told them i dont need any gift voucher, i need my money back. Now also they tell they will credit money within 48 hours.

Here some reviews i found about Nice Shopping experince with Cbazaar. I Telling all customers who want buy online from Cbazaar, Dont trust this all reviews. That all reviews done by CBazaar Staffs.

Cbazaar worst service ever

worst company. most of the times they ship wrong product or damaged and take hell lot of time..i order cusotm salwar. the stiching is very bad, patchy and on top of that they shipped wrong color bottom. i have been trying from over 2 months to get correct salwar pant. they keep saying we are reviewing. ### company.

Cbazaar Poor customer service

I've ordered 4 sari's and blouses and have paid upfront. Now i can't enter in my measurement details and everyone at customer service will not respond to my emails. Even worse yet when I manage to get someone on the live chat they hang up on me in the middle of helping me out. They say they have 24 hour response but they don't ever respond back. Its always some holiday or computer issue.

Cbazaar terrible customer service

I tried ordering 5 identical suits for my bridal party, they informed me they could only make 3, so after being unable to reach them after NUMEROUS emails and phone calls and messages, I simply ordered 2 more different ones. I should have been warned right then and there.
1 month before my wedding, they informed me that my suits would not be delivered in time, but after my wedding because of some delay. I've tried calling them over 20 times, and sent 5 emails and there is still no response from them.
I don't know how the run a business with such horrible customer service. I am out hundreds of dollars with no suits for my bridal party and absolutely no concern or care for their customers.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. as tempting and low priced as the products may seem, if there are any issues with their products they simply choose to ignore you. I wish this website would get shut down.

Cbazaar Fraud

I ordered 2 suits that when they arrived did not fit, I have been trying for 7 weeks to get my money back and they just send me emails saying ' we will get back to you' in one email they asked me to send them a photo of the suit with a tape measure on it to check if I was lying about the fit ! I have also tried calling them, but more often that not, no-one answers the phone and there is not the facility to leave a message which i find very suspicious for a company that appears to give such a professinal appearance fromtheir website! You are better off spending slightly more and buying from somewhere else. It is true, they only advertise the positive comments that is why I have found this forum to warn people about them. They are unprofessional and acting illegally at present by witholding my money

CBAZAAR messed up 2 of my orders. First I ordered two sarees which I liked on the site and a month later they told me those sarees could not be produced, it makes not sense to put a saree up which cannot be made. They made me choose alternate products.

The most recent is when I ordered 5 of the same sarees for my cousins wedding. It was bad enough that they shipped 3 in 3 different shipments, but the worse was on the last 2 they told me there was some kind of production issue and they couldnt deliver the other 2 and I should choose a different saree. Then when I told them I wanted a refund on the 2 sarees they said one is already ready for shipping and they cannot cancel.

I do not get why they post things if they cant deliver and then expect people to choose something else. Now all of us cousins cannot match for the wedding day all thanks to CBAZAAR. I used to shop there after forgiving them once, but NEVER again. Buyer beware do not buy multiple items of the same even if they claim they have the item.

i am also a victim of cbazaar, i have ordered one suit cost 111 euros plus 13 euro stitching charges and as per there rules suit costing more than 100 euros will be shipped free but they deduct 13 euros for shipping, when i ordered the suit i got an email that suit is not available and you will get back your refund soon which is of 111 euros, i have paid 137 euros including stitching and shipment charges and they were telling me to refund 111 euros . i contacted them again and again to cancell the order and refund my money and they replied that they will refund soon and contact me sooner.
but after fews days they send email that the ordere is processing which was shocking, i contacted again but no answer, today they sent an email that the order is shipped, i really got angry and placed an online complaint to some departments about their fraud.
i will not recommend and actually want to warn people not to buy anything from cbazaar.

cbazaar is very terrible in returns and processing, I had ordered two suits which were ill-fitting and now I have sent them back to some "Kavita gobind ", they say that they have not received or our returns address is changed it is now over 3 months and they always say give us 48 hours and we will get back to you... but they never do...I have spent almost $200 on that, initially everything was good and I am an old customer for almost 8 years, this way they are only loosing regular customers... now may be I have to think twice before ordering

I order my wedding attire on the 12th of April 2010. Wired the funds to Cbazaar's hsbc account on the same day. I have been trying and trying desperately to get an answer from them but to no avail. As per their website they have a 24 hr reply policy but today being the 18th of April 2011 no one even has the courtesy to call or email us. I have paid $757.00 and my wedding plans are all falling apart. I am extremely disappointed and I would never recommend purchasing anything from their website, as they have our money and seem to be avoiding our many calls and emails. Order at your own RISK!

this is a fraud website! I order one saree six months ago but till now I didn't got yet. when I told them to refund my money they just say we will give you GV and choice another one. they are really freaking crazy customer service. I request everyone to don't order form cbazaar.

Oh my goodness! I wish I had read all these complaints before making this huge mistake of ordering not just one but nine items from the horrible Cbazaar! I ordered ready to ship material and I was suppose to get it by today. I contact them everyday and all they say is it will be shipped tomorrow. After eating all my money these people are acting so cold. I had a wedding and now I am in a big mess. I think these people should be dragged to the court and legal action should be taken against them. I tried reaching their CEO and he picked the call and then put me on hold, and never returned back. Horrible experience, a big mistake! Indeed these people are not legitimate! :(

Ok Now I agree with this complaint. they never answer their calls nor ship the products by committed date. You don't need to lie just for first time business, which is effecting for next time and also future customers.
