Cay Boutique personalized towels

I placed an order with Cay Boutique on December 10th, 2016. I used coupons I purchased off of Groupon. Well today is April 10th and STILL have not received anything from Cay Boutique. Nor have I received an email from them. I contacted Groupon and they told me a couple of times that they got in touch with their contact at Cay Boutique and someone would get in touch with me, that never happened. It frustrates me cause I really was looking forward to receiving these towels cause they were gifts for my family. This company scammed me. It's so upsetting that this is even possible. I leave them in Gods hands.

Cay Boutique Embroidered beach towels

I will never purchase anything from this company again! It would appear that it's a fake and ripes people off. I have contacted them several times since placing my order during the holidays back in early December 2016. I haven't received my items nor do I expect too at this point and Groupon wasn't very helpful either, they really shouldn't support this company! 😤

Cay Boutique Order never shipped / non-responsive

Another victim of Cay Boutique! I also purchased the monogram towel through Groupon on December 4th as Christmas gifts. It is March 21 and I still have not received any product. I have tried to email the owner and copied Groupon several times. I even looked up the company sent a personal letter. Finally, I received an apologetic email on Feb 2 and stated my order will be shipped within 3-5 days. On March 1 received email with tracking number and the tracking number shows that the label was created, but not shipped. As of March 21, still no product.

Cay Boutique Bride/groom towel

I also purchased the monogram towel through groupon. I purchased it on march 1st. I still have not received any product. I have tried to contact them several times through groupon where it says contact merchant. Done this 5 times and still no response. I have complainted to groupon and they said there is nothing they can do. I asked them to stop selling their product because there has been a bunch of complaints against this company! I will be contacting my bank and hopefully getting my money back!

Update : I got an email 4 days ago from cay boutique through groupon because I have been emailing Groupon everyday telling them that cay boutique hasn't responded. So they emailed me and said my order will be shipped out with in 24 hours. 4 days later I get an email sorry order has been cancelled due inventory shortages?! You just emailed and said it will be shipped out in 24 hours? And your still selling it on Groupon! Scam!

Cay Boutique Personalized wedding towels

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial. I submitted my order on Dec 22, 2016 at which time I received an email from CayBoutique saying thank you for the order and that I will receive an email when the item is sent. When I did not receive anything from them, I emailed them again on January 28, 2017. When I still did not receive a reply, I emailed them again on February 28, 2017. Once again I emailed them today. I researched them online and found many similar complaints with this company. LivingSocial was able to credit my LivingSocial account to allow me additional purchases on their site. I paid CayBoutique the $4.99 shipping fee so I am probably out that unless my c/c company will return that on my c/c. I will be reporting the CayBoutique to BBB. Buyer beware!

Cay Boutique Personalized towel

I purchased a voucher on Groupon on Dec 2, 2016 for a personalized towel from Cay Boutique. I went to the website to place the order and ended paying an additional charge for tax and shipping. This gift was going to be part of my Matron of Honor beach bag for my wedding. After multiple emails requesting to contact me and also providing my phone number. I received only 2 email response, one stating that they were in the process of taking care of all the Christmas items to get out on time and after that would turn their attention to the other items in order from when they were placed. It was estimated that it would take about 4 weeks. Ok. that sounds reasonable. Well 7 weeks later still no delivery. I emailed them again and they responded that a shipping notification had been created and that my towel would be on its way in the next 3-5 days. That was January 27th, 2017. I sent several emails after that with no response whatsoever even at the point that I was fed up and wanted a refund and of course no response. They have no other ways of contact on their website. I have notified Groupon several times and they refunded my money from the purchase of the voucher, but yet to have my tax and shipping refunded because they will not respond. It is now 2/24/2017 and still no response and no towels. Groupon was little to no help, but at least they respond to your e-mails.

I finally received my "beach towel" after 4 months and complaint to BBB. This is a joke and slap in the face. This was a bath towel you can purchase at Walmart. I would have rather not even gotten it. Made me pissed off all over again. I hope something is done soon!

A year after this and I am going through the same thing. Purchased the monogram towel through Groupon on 9/27/2017. I have lost all hope of receiving the towel and will also file a complaint with BBB.

Cay Boutique Personalized towels

I saw this deal on Groupon. You purchase a voucher from groupon for the personalized towels and then go to the Cay Boutiques website to place your order. After I already purchased the deal through Groupon, you also have to pay Cay Boutique for shipping and handling charges. I placed my order on Dec. 4, 2016 for Christmas gifts for my kids to surprise them about a trip we were going on! Well that never happened because I never received the towels! I've emailed the company twice and have gotten NO RESPONSE! They have no other ways of contact on their website. I've notified Groupon but nothing has been done to prevent this company from scamming again!

I think we all need to take this to the news and at lease let others know about it and try to recover our money or something. Groupon will not even respond to me about it.

I am going through this right now! I purchased a Groupon for towels...placed the order in December. Received an email saying they were about 3-4 weeks behind and still have received nothing. Email has not been responded to yet! Upset!

I too ordered towels for my son & daughter in-law as they were just married. I placed the order December 2, 2016...today is February 17, 2017.
I have NOT received my order...they have taken my money...I have sent several...I mean several emails to Cay Boutique with absolutely NO response from them. I have communicated with Groupon with NO assistance...again..many, many emails...and Groupon's response is just a bunch of generic emails...the same ones...over & over again...yes...each one has a different name at the bottom..but the exact same email word-for-word...this has been a very frustrating experience and I would NEVER recommend Cay Boutique...they take your money and they run...

I have contacted Groupon as well and told them that there is a bunch of customers not receiving their product. They need to take down their products. They are still selling them! Hopefully everyone is disputing their pursued and the banks will step in!

Cay Boutique Personalized towels

Do not buy from this company! I placed my order on December 6 and still have not received it! The company is not responding to my emails. They took the money out of my bank account as soon as I placed my order. I got this through Groupon, and they haven't been helpful either. I won't be buying any goods from Groupon again either. This is ridiculous and aggravating. I just want my money back but I'm not holding my breath.

Cay Boutique Customized embroidered bath towels

Living social deal: (I saw Groupon has it too) I purchased a set of bath towels on November 27, 2016 (Order #2854) for my friends wedding at the end of December. Figured if for some odd reason that wasn't enough time to get it to me, it would come at least in the month of January. I emailed them at [protected]@cayboutoque.com 11/27/2016 asking if they sold baby bibs (as I saw a link but bibs didn't appear and I was thinking of getting one for my nephew). I also sent an email 1/9/2017 noticing I haven't received an email about shipping and saw the embroidered name was not correct and if possible to correct it if it hasn't been completed yet. Today is 2/8/2017 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS THAT GO BACK AS FAR AS 11/27/2016. I asked for a refund on living social and decided to call them to let them know my poor customer service Ive received an no reply from the seller and Andy, the LS rep stated there were others who have called and complained and will escalate my complaint up the LS ranks.

Cay Boutique Monogrammed towel

I placed an order on Dec 3 and received message my order was being processed. On December 5 the money was removed from my bank account. I have emailed Cay Boutique 3 times asking for an update on the status and have not received a single reply. There is no phone number on their website to contact them. I've asked for either my money back or an update on my shipment but can't get any response. Pretty disgusted with such w lack of customer service. Total scam, will never order from Cay Boutique again

Just emailed Groupon myself. Placed an order in February 2017 and still haven't received my towels (now 4/17). I emailed them and nothing. Also, no phone number on their website. Terrible that Groupon has not removed them! We will see what Groupon does to fix this!

This company is scamming everybody out of their money. I order a pair of personalized boxer for my husband at the beginning of October. After waiting 6 weeks I received NOTHING! I emailed them and it took 2 weeks for them to respond to my email. As of today they send me a email stating they are refunding my money the only problem is, it's not the whole amount they took off my debit card. They are refunding me half and charging me for shipping which I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm so pissed I hope Groupon never use them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Oh yeah I am reporting them to the BBB.

I also placed a order on Dec 4, 2016 and still have not yet received the product. I have emailed the company at least 5 times and no response. I also contacted Groupon on this matter and received a response the next day. Not sure what to do at this point. The last time I contacted them I did put it out there that I would be going to the Better Business Beru on the company.

I can't believe Groupon hasn't removed them from their site! I placed my order December 6, never received it. I ended up getting Groupon bucks but I still want my shipping cost back from the company. I complained to the BBB. This makes me not trust Groupon anymore either. How can they keep selling from a company that so many people have had problems with?

You have inspired me to also file a complaint with the Florida BBB. I urge everyone else to do so as well. I have contacted Groupon for a refund and once I get my refund, I will contact them again regarding their continued advertising of Cay Boutique products despite no one seeming to have received their products. Also, I will try to contact my credit card company for a shipping refund, which technically the should honor considering this company is committing fraud.

I too ordered 4 personalized towels on December 5th and have not yet received them. After sending 10 emails regarding order status I am totally disgusted and will now contact Groupon for a refund. Horrible company and even worse customer service. I absolutely agree that the Florida Attorney General get involved. I will be writing a letter.

I, too, ordered personalized towels on December 2 for Christmas. I received an email that due to the holiday rush, it would take 4-6 weeks. No problem. I received an email on January 25, 2017, that they had been shipped. According to the tracking number, only a label had been created. As of today, February 14, 2017, I have received no towels or any responses to the three emails I have sent, and the tracking number indicates that the Post Office has not received the package. I am checking with Groupon today in hopes that they will remove them from their site and refund my money. If not, I am going to get my credit card company to do a fraud investigation. I have already warned all my Facebook friends - all 1100 of the them. Florida Attorney General (where the company is supposedly located) should investigate as well.

Same story here! Ordered 4 towels on Dec 2, 2016. It is Feb 11th and still no response nor have they shipped the goods. They must have a business address listed with a business license. We plan on researching this and filing a complaint. This company is stealing people's money and not producing the goods. I am contacting my bank, because I paid for shipping with my bank card. I suggest others do the same. Groupon refunded my money, but in Groupon bucks.

I placed 3 orders on 12/3/16 and did not receive them in time for Christmas. On 1/3/16, I emailed them with zero response. I had used Groupon so I contacted them and they are refunding me my Groupon purchase. I've emailed Cay to refund the shipping but based on all the comments above, I may not get that money back. I'm telling the world about this scam.

I ordered the personalized towels on Dec. 2 til this date of January 19, 2017 I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails to contact them and they haven't returned not one reply. I can't find a number to call them so they have just taken my money. I am furious with this company!

Cay Boutique Product not received and no response from the company

I paid and ordered monogrammed towels through Living Social from Cay Boutique on September 15, 2016. I have not received my product and I have received only one email from them on October 27, 2016 only AFTER i emailed them complaining that their product has not been received. In their email, they informed me that " All orders placed on or before October 2nd are going to be shipped this current week, no later than Saturday; and delivered early next week. A shipment confirmation email has been sent or will be sent during this week, with the tracking number of your package.". The wedding I ordered the towels for is this weekend. At this point, I just want my money back and an apology. This not only has guaranteed that I will never purchase from Cay Boutique again and encourage others to not as well; but, also, that I might not purchase anything through Living Social in the future since it seems these are the awful types of businesses that they promote.

I Ordered 4 monogramed oversized beach towel from off of Groupon website from Cay Boutique. I never received my personalized towels from the company. I tried contacting anyone from the company or customer services several times with no success. I wish to recieved my four towels that I ordered or issue a complete refund.

Purchased a Groupon, and placed order for four (4) personalized towels for my children. Order was placed 12/06/17. It's been over three months and have not received towels; have never received a reply to my numerous emails; but they were quick to take my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY".

Ordered on Groupon early November for a Christmas gift never received. Emailed them and they replied saying order was being processed now March still never received. I have emailed them multiple times since December with NO RESPONSE/NO item received ! I now see multiple complaints for this company with exact same situation !

On January 9, 2017 I placed an order for monogrammed pillow cases. The funds were deducted from my account, however no merchandise has been received as of March 11, 2017. I have submitted 2 emails to their customer service email address with no response and will now go to BBB and my credit card company.

I had never received the order from this company, I think the Grouping it is responsible for this fraud. I will put a complain at the grouping. I was planning on having the order ready for my family reunion but I think is not going to happen. If groupon is selling scam, I am not going to buy anything also from them

I also purchased a groupon for personalized towels . I used the groupon on 9/22 for a bridal shower gift for 11/12. I still have not received my towels or a shipping notification. I also paid an additional amount for shipping. I have contacted the company with no response at this point. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I bought a Groupon for two sets of monogrammed towels in October. I ordered the towels on October 7th and have heard nothing since. I've emailed the company, Cay Boutique, twice with no response. Groupon should be responsible for selling for a company that doesn't provide the merchandise. There must be some kind of guarantee for Groupon purchases.

I ordered towels exactly 8. I ordered on 9/29/17. sent several emails . They responded a couple of times. that they were working on it. But no towels.
They were for christmas. Never will order from them again. I dont want someone else to get scammed.
