Caviness Construction Company / Will not pay sub contractors

Las Vegas, NV, United States Review updated:
Warning to all sub contractors ever dealing with Caviness Construction Company from Arizona. They do work also in Nevada. They DO NOT pay their sub contractors. I have lost so much money from this company. I have paid my sub contractors when the job is done, but they don't. This hurts small businesses. All the money you put out and hard work. Now my company is going to have to file a law suit and report them to Nevada State Contractors Board. Anyone that has not been paid by Caviness Construction Company needs to take the following actions.

I dont see the action you were advising everyone to follow if you had not been paid by Caviness? I am curious about couple things. Were you ever paid? and what was your trade? Knowing the name of your company as well as your trade would have been helpful, I would like to see what type of marks you possibly have out there since you seem to not want to list any info about your little company and all your hardwork right?.

Caviness was and is an excellent GC, I worked on many jobs with them and found them to always be fare and most of all stand by their word. If my trade was behind, i received the same notices, check holds that any other company big or little would have received. They above all stayed neutral.
Honestly whom ever you are "Concerned for You", do your paper work correctly and submit timely, stay away from state jobs and keep your big mouth shut when you should and most importantly READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN IT. Im guessing you may be more full [censor] than you claim they are because you didnt even have enough balls to sign your name. signed: Drin/AAI Incorporated (owner) 5/31/2017
