Cavalier Wholesale Modern Adjustable Bar Stools

Product is ok if you get an undamaged one however, customer service is awful. Thankfully Amazon customer service rocks!

I ordered two of these. They were pretty easy to put together which was a big plus and the price is great. The downside is that in the first set of two that I purchased of these chairs - one was all scratched up. I knew I would be ordered a second set and because I only needed one more to fit our bar I figured I wouldn't deal with the hassle of returning the scratched chair and it would just be used as an extra in the basement, brought up for when a kid had a sleepover. In any event, I received the second set of bar stools a last week and the box was gaping open. Due to the damage on the original set of chairs I was going to just get an exchange or return these. When I contacted the company they explained I needed to take a pic of the product to demonstrate damage to the product and then the next day I got a return label for me to return at my expense. I realized then that this was not a company worth dealing with and was fearful if I opened the box I would get charged a restocking fee. I then sent the company pictures of damaged box and informed them that I would be returning the product to Fed Ex and showing them and refusing the product for delivery as it had never been opened and I was not home when it arrived. Today I took the box to Fed Ex and the employee showed me another section that I had not noticed where a small piece had jutted a hole in the box and he confirmed I was doing the right thing and there was no way he would have accepted this box either. I left the box with Fed Ex and shortly later I received another email from this company stating that they would not refund - even if I refused delivery unless I had taken pictures of the actual product. I am not sure who Brittany is to this company but she seriously needs to learn customer service skills. I left them my phone number hoping for a resolution that would have suited all of us but instead I was being told that my money would essentially be stolen as the product was no longer in my possession. Thankfully, Amazon, IS reputable and has assured me they will take care of everything and I am not too worry. Please if you value your time then stay away from this company. If you get exceptionally lucky and get all working, non-scratched chairs then they are attractive and reasonably comfortable. Amazon and Costco are the two companies I shop the most because their customer service is outstanding and above the rest -- I wish they would train the companies they take on so these types of situations don't occur.

Cavalier Wholesale burgandy massage chair

Good lord they did the samething, I ordered a burgandy massage chair, now after a week has passed they called me to tell me they have it in black...are they crazy better fill my order if they continue like this Amazon should drop them.
