I just received my modem and was excited. . But the cables dont match and make no sense. . According to the inst. Guide. . So i called the customer service. . Waiting time at 8am or 9 am 14 min or longer... All i want to know is: what is missing and were are the rest of the cable and the ones i have are to short. . I have to sit on the floor with my wireless computer. . No one is avail. On the weekend. . . Will they charge me. . If i call the tech. . This is all a pain. . . In the cats bud. . . The guide s.
