I purchased two pairs of Cathy Jean shoes online because there isn't a store near my house. I had heard good things about the price and comfort of the shoes and so was excited about receiving them. In fact, I ordered them about a month before an important business trip. The entire experience though was completely awful. It took forever for the shoes to arrive (well after my trip), and Cathy Jean did not provide a tracking number nor were they able to tell me when they would arrive. Unfortunately once I received the shoes, one of the pairs of shoes did not fit. I sent the shoes back only to be informed, via an informal email that the return policy was 15 days so they were unable to process my return and would be shipping the shoes back. First of all, I think that for busy people a 15 day return policy is ridiculous. But more importantly, this occurred in October. It is now January and I still have not received the shoes. In addition, they kept my money. It is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. Perhaps you will have a different experience at a store but take my advice and DO NOT order from the website.

This place is run by real idiots. I am not surprised that you had such a bad experience but I am surprised that they are still in business! I worked for them many years ago and the management was awful. I remember at the time I couldn't believe they still used handwritten receipts and just the other day I stopped into a Cathy Jean store out of curiosity and discovered they still were using handwritten receipts!
