I signed up for this CatalogClub thinking it was a loan! But I was fooled like many others and fell for their scam. I gave them my credit card information when I signed up.
About two days later they charged my card without my permission and took £50 from me. I contacted them right away and asked what was going on. Their rep said that it was a mistake and promised I'll get my money back.
Several days passed and instead of giving me my money back they charged me again! They took another £50!
I contacted my bank and they promised to help. When my bank called CatalogClub these scammers said that I allowed them to take the money! They claimed I gave my permission and etc. An absolute lie! Avoid at all costs!
