Gold ripe off
I sent 15 pieces of 10-14K jewlery to this company advertising on TV that they were paying up to 30% more for the month of December for your gold.I was rings, earrings, necklaces . WHAT A RIPE OFF.My jewlery weight was 6.9 and what I received was a 5.18 dollar check.I had 8 days from the date on the check not except the check.I received this check 1 day before dead line so I call and told them I would be mailing the check back.I was told they need to receive the check by morning or my gold would be melted.There was NO way I could get it there it was already after 5:00pm my time.I told them that there letter states that I could call and notify them if I couldn't get the check back to them in time and they would pull it so it wouldn't be melted.Thats NOT what I was told on the phone. These people need to be STOPPED. I live on about 1, 100 dollars a month and pay rent and they take advange of us. I wish I had read this complaints for I mailed them my gold, that I had stock paled over 35 years. BEWARE

No money for jewelry
I have sent my old jewelry/gold/custom to this company for over a month ago. At the same time, I sent some to Cash 4 Gold, too. The latter have responded 2 weeks ago and I have received a check. I have not received anything (not a letter)from Cash Your Gold Now at all. When I "finally" got in touch with them, I was advised that the items I've sent were not worth it and they already been melted. I had a note that if they are not valuable, I need them back for "sentimental value". I was told that they sent me a letter saying that they were not vauable but then again, they already "melted" my jewelry items. This letter they were talking about never came to me. I need to know how they can get away with this! It's not clear on their policy / gurantee that they keep your items anyway no matter what. I don't know what to do and who to go to with this problem. Maybe "somebody" can help!

My friend who died also got ripped off by these people back in 2011 I cant believe they are still in business if they are they need to get busted for fraud my friend had sent them 25 pieces of broken jewelry they sent her a check for only $25.00 when she try to cash it even though she knew she got ripped off but desperately needed money the check was return to her by her bank saying it was fictitious. my friend was sick and it makes me very angry that companies prey on people I still have all the documents and check for what they did ...
Well I sent my gold pieces about 17, broken chains, missing ear ring, etc. and have heard nothing. Website is under construction it states and email comes back incorrect email. I feel so stupid for also believing this company. Like every one else I thought it was on TV so it must be ok. I did hold on to the envelope provided for a few days debating if to send them or not. I do not know what to do as I have heard nothing from them and it has been a month.
I TOO WAS SCAMMED. I SENT OVER 30 PIECES OF GOLD TO THEM THAT WERE WORTH QUITE A BIT AND HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE. I AGONIZED OVER DOING THIS BUT RATIONALIZED THAT SINCE THEY WERE ADVERTISING ON TV, IT MUST BE LEGITIMATE, BUT GUESS I GOT DUPPED. NO CHECK AND NO RETURN OF MY GOLD. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND I CALLED GOT VOICEMAIL TO LEAVE MESSAGE AND SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 24 HOURS LATEST. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I EMAILED TWICE-NO RESPONSE.

I know how you feel, I have the same complain, I don’t know what else to do.
Before we sent our gold to Cash your gold now, we took it to a pawn shop, the man told us he would give us $380.00, I told my husband to take it, but he said that Cash your gold now would give us twice as much. So he sent it to Cash your gold now, and a few days later he got a check for $30.00 my husband was very up-set. He sent them back the check, and we got a call from them saying that they received the check back and they want to give him $40.00 more. They could not send us the gold back cause it had been melted. My husband said NO; a few days later we received two checks from them $30 & $40. My husband sent them back, a few days after that they sent him just one check for $30
He sent that check back to them. Well now it’s been about a month, and we have not heard a work from Cash your gold now. They kept our gold and the money.
We did file a complain with the BBB.
I just don’t think Cash your gold now should get away with this scheme.
