I had personal loans taken out with this company. After making payment arrangements with them on existing loans of $400 they did not honor the payment arrangements and debited my bank account for the entire loan costs without notification. I changed bank accounts and they accessed my new bank account without my giving them my new account number. I also have sent them several emails requesting that they provide me with an account number so I can make payments directly to them from my end but no response. I had a lawyer look at their contracts and they are illegally charging fees like administrative costs, brokerage fees and locator fees far above the manadated allowed within canadian law for payday loans. In fact, my loans of $400 is being charged over 1000% interest! I do not have a problem paying this company what I owe but I am sure as hell not going to be paying illegally charged fees. This company head office is based in the Cayman Islands as an added note and I think that is how they get away with these charges because Canadian Law cannot touch them. Well, I am one consumer who is not going to back down to their tactics. Until they actually contact me with a reasonable proposal I am not going to give them anymore of my money!

I am trying tro get a refund from them. They asked a collection agence to collect an over due loan. I over paid the loan and the collection agence told me that I had to contact CashX directly. I have done that but they will not respond to my e-mails. Even their collection agency no longer does business with them.

I have the same problem right now. I closed my account and opened a new one at the same bank because a payday loan company had started taking odd amounts out of my account. At the same time I had a loan with another one. I notified them both that I had changed accounts and asked if I could send the money by Western Union or some other way. The answer was "no". I told them I would find a way to send it. Yesterday, my new account was debited 3 times, the amounts adding up to the amount owed. When I questioned them, this is the response I received:"We have your PAD form, this PAD form has authorized us to debit the accounts that are under your name, so our system generates your new account and set up to your file. We apologize for all the inconvenicne." This is the exact response, spelling mistakes and all. This morning, I changed my security questions and web password. Apart from opening an account under a different name, I don't know how to stop these people. I should never have given them so much information. Scary stuff.

Change your bank accounts, change your credit cards otherwise they'll still come at you...

Run a spyware check as well on your computer..
