We purchased a boat three years ago. We filled out all the paper work and sent it to the address as stated on the back of the contract.
We even had it looked at by an attorney. Everything was perfect. Our envelope was returned, by the post office, unopened,
I tried to get a hold of Cash rewards, but all phone numbers have been disconnected. I tried to send them an e-mail but it was returned undeliverable.
It appears that David Maloy, President and CEO of Cash Rewards is nothing but a SCAM artist.
I also tried to get a hold of Cope & Mcpheters, the ones that duped us into this whole thing to begin with, but they have gone out of business as well.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I too, have the same exact problem and it was through cope & mcpheter, as well. I just sent mine out this past week and received it back saying refused! It was a hassle all the conditions but we met all of them on the time stated. Someone was at the adress to refuse it but we can not contact them by phone.
