Cash Prize / Text message claiming that I have won 250.000.00 Pounds

1 United States Review updated:

I received an anonymous cellphone text yesturday asking me to claim a 250.000.00 Pound Prize by calling a given cell number, and an email address(nokiacares @live .com).I later called the number and got contact with a man called Dr. Abdul Razik, claiming to be the Cash Officer of the Nokia Company in London. He took information on a claims form and some other form; asking basically the same thing. Finally he asked that I send to him via Western Union cash of about $1, 100 E.C, to $1, 500 E.c for delivery via Fedex, UPS or DHL.I've had some joy over this but before sending the cash I decided to make this complaint to get your advice. My e-mail address is skindasinger@live .com.Please let me know what to and I will reply whe n I receive the message before posting tranfering this money.Thank U

It sounds legit to me. How would Dr. Razik be able to get your information in the first place if it wasn't legit? Comment when you decide what to do.
