I sent cash for laptops two HTC One M9 phones in very good condition. The initial quoted price was $272.00 for each. I assumed I would receive an email or call expecting them to say they were not worth that much, even though they were near flawless. They sent me the free shipping box and I returned the phones on 09/22/2016. As of today 10/19/2016, I have received no emails or phone calls. I have called the number they provided [protected] NUMEROUS times and always received a recording stating calling outside business hours. The times I called were during their work hours stated on their recording 6:30-3:00 PST. I sent NUMEROUS emails asking for a status and have received NOTHING! Cash 4 Laptops is a SCAM! They scammed me out of 2 phones and I have received NOTHING!

Can't believe I fell for it. Sent in a iPhone in perfect condition based on an estimated value they provide of $200. They are supposed to send back on estimate of the actual value and if you don't like it, they return it. My inbox is flooded with emails from them, but none providing an estimate. Then suddenly no more emails. I receive a check for $15. I call and say no thanks. They say I had to respond to the estimate I never received and now it's too late. Perfect scam. You are being patient and waiting on an estimate yet the clock is ticking and you don't even know it. Then it's too late. Call and complain and the fine print screws you.

I signed up on the website and received a quote for my tablet/keyboard combo of $155. The set was in perfect condition complete with factory boxes and all items. I packaged it in the box they sent me and mailed it out. First off, the tracking number area of the site did not work, which I found out after shipping the tablet. Once they finally received the tablet, they told me it was broken and offered me $4 for it. After a phone call to find out what was going on, I asked them to return it and they upped the offer to $25. I insisted they return it because I could sell it on EBay for at least $175. Upon return, I found out the tablet/keyboard was in the same perfect condition I sent it to them. NO cracks, Nothing broken, just perfect condition. This company is attempting to STEAL items from and lie outright to people. It is right down fraud and theft. DO NOT send them your items.
